Niesterty zostalismy zmuszeni do zaplaty za dwa miejsca parkingowe choc na jednym.miescily sie wszystkie 4 motocykle.
Widzimisie obslugi bylo nie do przeforsowania .
Miejsc bylo duzo i roznych rozmiarow.
Parking pusty
Recepcja kazala zaplacic za 2 miejsca po 35 euro za miejsce.
Upor i brak zrozumienia klada sie duzym minusem na ten hotel.
Obiekt jest stary i zużyty juz .wymaga juz remontu
Plus to lokalizacja w centum
Sytuacja z parkingiem- ani w Hiszpanii ani Francji nie mielismy takiej przykrej sytuacji.

Pelo menos no quarto em que fiquei, o isolamento acústico é muitíssimo fraco. Estamos a dormir na rua. Além do tráfego o barulho das pessoas a conversarem na rua

Personale della reception non hanno voluto chiamare il taxi e sono dovuto uscire e arrangiarmi. Personale di servizio alla colazione assurdo , mi hanno fatto aspettare mezz’ora fuori dalla sala accusandomi che non avevo diritto nonostante abbiamo pagato 15 euro a persona e solo dopo mezz’ora si sono accorti dell’errore e non hanno chiesto neanche scusa . Un solo distributore del caffè per più di 50 persone , prendere un caffè un incubo . Peccato perché la struttura è molto bella ma il personale no .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr groß.
Frühstück sehr gut, mit allem nötigen.
Bahnhof und City (Las Ramblas) fußläufig Inca 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zu (Haupt) Straße hin. Es war deshalb etwas laut. Ab 6:30 morgens war es mit der Ruhe vorbei ..

Персонал который работает в ночную смену вы прекрасны, отзывчивые, професионалы с большой буквы. Сам отель находится в пешей доступности к многим достопримечательностям. Напротив прекрасная кофейня " Vivari Coffe & Bakeri" с ароматным кофе и свежевыпечеными круасанами, советую их посетить,

Мы через Букинг бронировали номер и у нас сняло 186 евро, которые персонал отказался засчитывать в стоимость проживания. 😡 На ресепшене были мальчик и девочка , вели себя , как будто я им должна что-то. Жесть. После долгой дороги попасть в такой отель никому не советую. Душ в номере не работает. Телевизор не работает. Вай фай только для одного меседжера. Надеюсь собственники сделают выводы. Этот отель не стоит заявленных денег. Есть рядом намного лучше и качественней отели.

La chambre était spacieuse et agreable. Les lits tres confortables
L’emplacement était ideal pour nos besoins
Parjong dans l’hôtel, un vrai plus pour nos besoins du séjour

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir pu prendre de bain dans la baignoire car le bouchon jetait pas fourni
Un Peu de bruit de la ville pendant la nuit

Quartos amplos e excelente localização, muito perto da estação de trem Barcelona Saints

Cons:

Os funcionários são mais secos, mas o que mais me frustrou foi ter reservado uma acomodação com banheira, e só ter descoberto após tentar usá-la que por uma questão de “água em Barcelona”, o hotel não autorizava o uso e abriu todos os ralos. Se existe um racionamento na cidade, a informação de banheira deveria ser retirada da descrição do quarto, assim como isso ser avisado no checkin.
