It was mostly perfect. The location, cleanliness and many places tonsit and visit with friends.
Pros:

It was very clean and beautiful. Love the location right across from the beach. I could open my patio doors and hear the ocean.

Superbe buffet, tout ce dont on peut rêver s'y trouve particulièreme pour le petit déjeuner. Chambres confortables et bien aménagées, personnel serviable. Superbe vue sur la mer.

Excelente escapada en familia
Pros:

Llegamos 2130! Teníamos MP, y la recepcionista sin dudarlo llama a la cocina para q podamos comer (ya q era la hora del cierre) y luego hacer el chekin! De lo q habíamos reservado, nos dieron una suite! Hermosa gigante y con vistas al mar! Tanto el desayuno como la cena! Excelente! Mucha variedad y muy buena calidad! Piscinas , spa e instalaciones muy cuidados y limpios y comimos un mediodía en el restorante el menú! Súper abundante y de calidad! Fue nuestra primera vez! Y no será la última! Y de casualidad coincidimos con unos amigos, encontrándonos ahí!

Spa très sympa et inclus dans te forfait all inclusive
Le personnel est dans l'ensemble agréable notamment les dames du ménage, adorables et très serviables.

Cons:

Le manque d'informations sur les boissons incluses ou non...et les lieux où les trouver...bar, piscine et buffet...c'est différent et on le découvre au fur et à mesure, ! Idem pour les activités....Un petit livret d'accueil dans les chambres serait utile!
Le prix des parasols sur la plage : 30 euros par jour, faut pas abuser !
La qualité des sachets de thé, déplorable ! A ce niveau là, mieux vaut ne pas en mettre !

Skvelá hodnota za peniaze
Pros:

Jedlo bolo veľmi dobré, až na zopár drobností, ktoré by sa dali vytknúť. Prístup na pláž takmer dokonalý, bazény dostatočne veľké a vybavené. Organizácia v jedálni fungovala bezchybne. Bufet pravidelne dopĺňaný. Oceňujem upratovanie izieb, veľmi profesionálne a dôkladné. Pravidelný večerný program, sledovanie športových prenosov na 2 TV v lobby bare. Fantastický priestor na streche hotela. Dá sa tam opaľovať, pozerať sa na more, ležať v bazéne alebo len tak sedieť na gauči a čítať si. K tomu tam funguje aj bar až do večera.

Cons:

Nepresné informácie o niektorých podmienkach pobytu. Recepčný si pomýlil žetóny a ich funkciu. Neboli sme vopred informovaní, že za výmenu uterákov ktoré sa používajú pri bazéne alebo na pláži, budeme platiť. Dokonca za prvé 3 výmeny sme neplatili. Bar pri bazéne na prízemí sa zatvára príliš skoro a personál ho bežne zavrel aj o hodinu skôr. V kúpeľni nie je (alebo nefungovalo) odvetrávanie, takže po sprchovaní sa v nej vytvára hustá hmla. Inak bolo všetko OK, k našej spokojnosti. Ak to neprestrelia s cenami, tak sa vrátime aj o rok.

Perfect verblijf aan het strand van Comaruga
Pros:

Fijn hotel aan het prachtige strand van Comaruga. Zeer uitgebreid buffet. Heerlijk dakterras met zwembad voor 18+ en zwembad beneden voor kinderen. Als het weer een dagje tegenzit dan is er een gratis spa.

Cons:

De strandbedjes zijn prijzig. Vaste prijs per dag van €30 voor 2 strandbedden met parasol.

In summary a great location but better off finding somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

In essence a 'package holiday hotel' primarily utilised by Jer2.com clients from what we could make out.
So the good bits, clean modern hotel with a choice of swimming pools & literally across the road from the beach. (Road very quiet) Selection of restaurants within the hotel did not use apart from taking a drink/snack at the beach one.

Cons:

The not so good bits:

Breakfast - looked like a great selection providing both European style breakfast offerings to the traditional English . Unfortunately, we chose the traditional English - which was cold! Tried to point this out to the staff - not interested.

The adult pool floor 6 - could be really nice but over-crowded, a tad smelly near the shower area / toilets (needed a good clean) the pool is for lazing around in & not swimming. Additionally, many towels were placed over-sunbeds (this was at 1700hrs) but no people using them!

Car parking - on booking I emailed the hotel to request on-site car parking. I was told yes we can reserve & its 20 euro per night. Then 24 hours after paying in advance as per Booking.coms requirements was told sorry no parking available! Telephoned to understand & was told not now available , park on the road. As this location is so close to the local beach, parking is nearby is a challenge.

The lifts - be prepared to use the stairs - lifts are way too small & infrequent!

Staff - apart from one chap covering reception early evening Saturday most were miserable & lacking in basic customer service.
Please note Camarruga is Blackpool with sun!

Hotel 100% recomendable en todos los aspectos
Pros:

El personal fue muy agradable y atento, las instalaciones son preciosas y muy nuevas, la ubicación inmejorable, el buffet del desayuno espectacular. Lo recomendaría 100% a cualquier amigo o familiar.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Le he dado la MÁXIMA puntuación. Como aspecto de mejora: el gimnasio abre muy tarde (9h) teniendo en cuenta que el desayuno acaba a las 10.30h. El check-in a las 14h es un poco tarde. El piloto de encendido de la TV molesta un poco. Pero son tonterías o pequeños detalles, en general, un 10 de hotel.

Las instalaciones y la gestión general del establecimiento.
Unos dias magníficos, para pasar en pareja.

Cons:

Horario de cena, creo que debería ser mas amplio y como minimo llegar hasta las 22:00 h. Pueden no dejar entrar a nadie mas a esa hora, pero apagar luces y ponerse a recoger a las 21:30 h, es excesivo.
El horario de apertura del gimnasio deberia de ser a las 8 h, las 9 h. creo que es demasiado tarde y coincidente con la mitad del horario de desayuno e impide compaginarlo con los deportistas madrugadores.

Pros:

First, I would like to mention the good things about this hotel. The location is great. There is a quiet beach just across the road and a lovely promenade for evening walks.
The food is excellent. There is a very large choice of dishes, and in the evenings there were special dinner nights, for example Mexican and Japanese food. I am sure everyone can find something they like.
The staff are friendly and always ready to help. We had no problems during our stay.
The room was cleaned every day, and we had no complaints about the cleaning.

Cons:

However, even though the hotel was recently renovated, I cannot say that the rooms are what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. You can see marks on the walls where some defects were covered up. Both the main door and the bathroom door are not straight and are difficult to open. There is almost no soundproofing, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing and even what they are watching on TV.
There is also no ventilation in the hallways, so there is very little fresh air.

My honest rating of this hotel would be 8/10.

The good things about the hotel make us ready to forgive its problems.

A pleasant stay in a fairly relaxed environment, however, the hotel requires more staff over the peak holiday season.
Pros:

Modern establishment with good sized standard room. Not too busy even during the peak of summer. Underground parking. There was a good selection and variety of food.

Cons:

The corridors are not air conditioned. Although the staff were very accommodating and friendly, they seemed very understaffed especially at the lobby bar. Expected higher housekeeping standards, and I put it down to the lack of housekeeping staff.
