Cons:

The aircons are not working, tap is leaking. No dstv. My room was cold and they offered me a heater which didn't make a difference. The conference rooms were just as cold.

Pros:

The two beds in the room . security is perfect except that the security guard opens the gate manual even in cold weather and when its raining. This is not good please don't do that to your security.

The room inside is exceptional, very clean bed, so comfortable. Breakfast was nice except the sweet breakfast juice

Not pleasant. Management must protect all the guests and make sure that they are comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

No control over the rowdy fellow guests. Other guests were smoking without being cautioned. Dagga was selling all around. The barman refused to open the the bar, even though it was still operating hours.

Very bad as this was happening for the second time while visiting this hotel.

Pros:

Cons:

The carpet of the has stains,the water tank of the toilet was making noise all night long,the shower head is spraying the water all over the toilet. The door latch was not opening, I had to go up and down to change the access two times.During breakfast there was only one type of flavor for juice.I also requested for omelet during breakfast the was no ingredients for it.
