LOCATION LOCATION!! Very good sized fridge, good sized bathroom with spacious shower with hot water. Beautiful building with lovely terrace and room with balcony that had the most gorgeous view. Very central! After several (unsuccessful) attempts at contacting someone from this establishment, we finally managed to get hold of a representative/owner (?) - after this, contact was good and they responded promptly. Oscar also agreed to meet us for check in and this was very much appreciated. Mandello del Lario is simply STUNNING! It was great to have coffee pods with coffee machine and kettle. They also left us two bottles of water each day which was a lovely gesture. Liked the access system and not having to carry a key card or door key around with us.
No safe - room was advertised as having a safe, and this was very important to us when booking the room - manager informed us that all of the other rooms had safes. Unfortunately, the cleaning was lacking - floor was not cleaned throughout our three night stay and due to nesting birds above, there was a lot of bird mess piling up on the balcony which we felt should have been cleaned - we were pleased that the manger seemed to take our feedback on board. There was no reception & we were not overly keen on the idea of self check-in but as stated, the manager kindly agreed to meet us in order to do this. However, there was no contact from the owner/manger throughout or after our stay, and it would have been nice to have been asked if we were okay & how we found our stay. There was a great sized fridge but no cutlery or crockery - a couple of plates & spoons would have been useful given that no breakfast was offered and the adjoining restaurant was closed throughout the week. It could get quite loud at times (with other guests) as there is no carpet runner on the stairs to help absorb the noise, and we suggested that the front door to building should have spring hinges so that it shuts automatically after guests come and go. We missed not having breakfast and wished that something had been offered. However, we want to stress that despite all of this, we still liked this place VERY MUCH and would highly recommend it but it could be truly wonderful with a few tweaks. The manager informed us of plans to refurbish/update the rooms which was really great to hear.
Serdecznie polecam obiekt, super lokalizacja, komunikacja świetnie rozwinięta. Przepyszne jedzenie w okolicy! Czysto, wygodnie, bezproblemowe zameldowanie jak i klimatyzacja która świetnie chodziła !
Fin leilighet i sentrum av Mandello del Lario, restauranter og badestrand like i nærheten. Båt kai for rutebåt ligger også i sentrum.

The location is walking distance from the train station and by many bars and restaurants. It has a very easy to use lock system. It’s a very spacious and clean room.
Outstanding location. A wide selection of teas available in the room . The aircon and other electronic devices were excellent.
The single window in the room didn't give a good outside view.
