Nous avons moins aimé le fait de ne voir aucun membre du personnel. Tout se passe par WhatsApp.

J’aurais aimé pouvoir rencontrer quelqu’un en personne afin qu’il nous explique les choses à voir au lac de Côme et comment s’y rendre. Ou alors, il aurait été bien d’avoir dans la chambre des prospectus sur les lieux à visiter.

Nella doccia si scivola, il personale inesistente diciamo che una benvenuta o qualcosa del genere avrebbe fatto piacere, c’era solo il bagnoschiuma non c era il sapone sul lavandino o sul bidet, né un dentifricio di quelli piccolini secondo me per quel prezzo sarebbe stato indicato.

A beautiful rejuvenating few days by the lake and surrounding mountains.
Pros:

Incredible location less than a hundred steps from the lake, and perfect base to explore this stunning part of Italy! Walking distance to everything you could need, including gelato! An easy 6 minute stroll from the station, less than an hour by train from Milan. I will definitely be back!

Cons:

Wasn’t perfect for remote working. A little table to be able to work from in the room would have been handy, and a functioning umbrella for the garden to provide shade.

Pros:

Mooie, comfortabele en heel propere kamer met ruime badkamer. Rustige maar toch zeer gunstige ligging, vlakbij het treinstation en de ferry. Zelf-check-in ging gemakkelijk dankzij de vlotte communicatie.

Cons:

Enige kleine minpuntje: het bijhorende restaurant was gesloten, waarschijnlijk aangezien het nog geen echt hoogseizoen was, maar dit was niet duidelijk aangegeven voordien. Daardoor heb ik geen enkel personeel gezien, maar de zelf check-in ging heel vlot, en er zijn genoeg andere eetopties in de buurt!
