Staff are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you.
Pros:

Great location close to centre and easy access to everything. Pool was a welcome treat on a hot day.
We had a budget double which was fine and ticked the boxes.

Cons:

Loud aircon units.

I’d definitely stay there again if I come back to luzern.
Pros:

Excellent location, warm, friendly, helpful staff. It had a pool and nice, quiet terrace.

Cons:

Room AC had a hard time keeping up with the hot weather but I understand their limitations due to laws.

Would stay again.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. The location is near the train station, centrally located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and clean. The beds we comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Very small for a double room
Instead of offering free earplugs to address the AC noise problem they should replace them with quieter units or relocate them. Impossible to sleep when they are running.

Ein gutes Hotel in bester Altstadtlage
Pros:

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist hervorragend . Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Gemeinschaftsterrasse . Es gibt Getränke gegen Bezahlung neben der Rezeption .

Cons:

Zum Duschen muss man in eine Badewanne mit Trennwand steigen .
Frühstück wird ganz in der Nähe angeboten .

Great place to stay in the center of Lucerne
Pros:

Good hotel with friendly staff and very straight forward. Room was good with nice air conditioning. Good location near the end of the touristy part of the river.

Cons:

Pool hours are very short in the afternoon. So unlikely to get used since out and about at that time. Wish there was breakfast.

A great experience in Luzern
Pros:

The staff greeted us warmly and provided a clear and complete review of the facility. We were in Lucerne only for one night en route to Interlaken. There is a lovely quiet patio area for sitting, complete with sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool. Our rooms were large and easily able to.accommodate two open suitcases.

Cons:

All was good.
