Really nice hotel... and it has a pool!
Pros:

Nice bedroom and balcony. Staff were incredible and very attentive. Top marks to Lars and the team.

Cons:

On our second night a very noisy family moved into the room next door. The kids were using it as a play room and the walls are quite thin so allowed for a fair bit of noise to come through. Only negative.

Hotel com muito boa qualidade e bom preço.
Pros:

Localização, conforto, funcionários incríveis e disponíveis. Decoração do hotel e espaços exteriores muito agradáveis ( terraço, piscina). Têm café à disposição de quem quiser na recepção.

Cons:

Apenas o facto de não ter pequeno-almoço.

Great staff in a good location
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, good location near many restaurants.

Cons:

Location was a bit far of a walk on cobbled streets, but worth it. Air conditioning didn’t do the best job during the extreme heatwave, but conditions were tough everywhere. The pool was excellent.

Amazing location, in the old town near the Chapel Bridge. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Overall very nice!
Pros:

Location, Pool, Location, Helpful Staff & Location.
Nice lounge space and free fresh expression in the lobby.

Cons:

The spa by the pool was at 31C - not super warm. We were in a heat wave so it wasn’t as big of a problem.
We had a quintuple room which was nice to sleep our family of 4 but the upper bunk made it hard to navigate the room (it overhung the walkway)
