A comfortable and convenient place to has as a base camp for a visit.

Locatie foarte buna
Pros:

Hotel foarte bine situat, cu camera de bagaje (a fost unul din criteriile de cautare), cu paturi comode. Am interactionat cu 3 persoane la receptie, toti 3 au fost foarte amabili si binevoitori. Despre partea de SPA nu pot sa zic decat ca pare draguta, dar noi nu am avut timp sa o si incercam.

Gute Lage, das Dröhnen im Zimmer leider sehr störend. In anderen Zimmern hoffentlich kein Provlem

Gute Lage, herziges Gebäude.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hat es wegen dem im nächstgelegenen Zimmer platzierten alten Ventilator/Lüfter extrem gedröhnt, sodass die Wand vibrierte und ein ständiger dumpfer Ton im Zimmer zu hören war. Leider mussten wir das Zimmer deshalb wechseln.

Great family, friendly location in the heart of the city with lovely (AC)!
Pros:

An amazing place to stay in the heart of the city with great access to everything! Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the sauna as well not to mention the AC helped cool us down in our room at night.

Perfekte Lage, Zweckmässig
Pros:

Super Lage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Geräumige Zimmer. Pool im Innenhof vorhanden.

Cons:

Kopfkissen war nicht sehr bequem.

Pros:

Bed was echt fantastisch. Leuk dat er een zwembad, jacuzzi en sauna is; jammer dat het maar van 16.00-20.00 geopend is. Heerlijk om voor het slapen te sauna'en. Dit valt net tussen stad ontdekken en etenstijd voor ons.

Cons:

Badkamer leek een afterthought, bizar klein.
Airco erg luidruchtig. Kamer is warm op 5de dus je hebt hem wel nodig. Voelde allemaal wat verouderd.
Luidruchtige lift en krakende vloeren.

Vrij kleine kamer voor €184. Maar Luzern en Zwitserland zijn gewoon erg duur.

Would highly recommend and return.
Pros:

Location and hotel staff excellent. Coffee available all the time and comfortable beds.

Cons:

A bit small for our family of 4 and would have liked some coffee (even instant) available in the room although they did have tea and a kettle in there. Would have been nice for pool/hot tub to be open later than 8pm.
