Pros:

受付・守衛・ハウスキーパーらスタッフの対応や、トラブルへの対応が迅速だった。朝食も良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの排水溝のつまり、バスタブのシャワーの水圧不足、エアコンのリモコンの電池切れがあった。

Disappointing stay due to poor housekeeping, inadequate service, and unresponsive staff.

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel was disappointing. The room cleaning was delayed, as housekeeping only cleaned the room around 5 PM, which was inconvenient.

There was also an issue with the iron provided by the hotel. The staff did not check the iron’s temperature or condition before delivering it to the room, and as a result, it burned my toga. This could have been avoided with a simple inspection before handing it to the guest.

Another concern was that children were not included in the breakfast package, which was not clearly communicated. In addition, the hotel did not respond to my emails despite my attempts to contact them.

Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service, communication, and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overpriced, not a good value for money.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Weak internet, bathroom and toilet faucets not maintained, water bottles provided not adequate - need to buy from outside. Breakfast food are cold if someone is going there late. Rooms are far away from lobby - need to walk through many steps to reach.

In summary I would say it was very clean and enjoyable.
Pros:

The restaurant was really nice, the pools were amazing , the housekeeping staff were great and attentive.They had a ATM on site.

Cons:

The pool bar was open only 1 day we were there. Very disappointed. Its only open on weekends.

The stay was not comfortable or clean, and overall it was not worth the money. I was quite disappoin

staff were nice and accomodating

Cons:

The pillows and bed were very hard, which left me with a stiff neck and sore body. The washroom was not clean and didn’t seem to be properly deep cleaned. The shower was also not working properly. Additionally, the executive suites pool did not appear to be regularly maintained or clean.

The room was old and not well maintained: dusty curtains, dirty window, moldy bathroom, weak aircon.
