Pros:

During check in I was asked what brought us to twon, I let them know my daughter is (well had by now) surgery in the morning at Riley's Children's Hospital. The wonderful front desk host extended our check out time without me asking, I had no clue that was an option, but it made that morning so much easier with us having to be at the hospital at 6 am.

Fantastic customer service, with great recommendations for things to do in the city when our original plans were cancelled.

Pros:

Perfect location for the event we were there for. Parking was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

One of the elevators was down which led to long wait times. Stairs were hard to find initially, but now I know. Pillows were flat and not supportive.

The location is convenient and staff are pleasant, but it was far from sparkling clean.
Pros:

All the staff I interacted with were friendly. My room was quiet, but all of the doors would slam shut loudly. There was a great discrepancy between the cleanliness as the JW Marriott (the conference hotel) and the Courtyard.

Cons:

There were broken buttons in the elevator. There was an overall musty smell in the whole hotel, and I could tell my room was very hastily cleaned. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the check in time did not match what was listed on Booking.com
