Service beyond expectations, but quite noisy
Pros:

Daily housekeeping
Friendly staff, ready to help with any issue
Easy 24/7 check-in
Little details like the shoe cleaning cloth and the dedicated makeup towel were a very nice touch.

Cons:

Basement ventilation fans can be noisy on the 1st floor. Light sleepers should choose upper floors.
Too much street noise during the day with open windows.
I would have appreciated it if my request to change rooms had been taken into consideration.

Pros:

Very nice location, clean and pleasant room, and very good value for money.
We rented a car, and it was very easy to park nearby, as there is a large parking area close to the Lido promenade.
The kitchen was also very well equipped and had everything we could need.
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It is stated that breakfast is available, but when we arrived in the evening, we were informed that breakfast needs to be booked in advance. We were not aware of this beforehand, so it was a bit confusing.
The receptionist on that particular day also seemed rather uninterested and did not provide much information. However, this happened only once, and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Séjour très agréable ☺️
Pros:

Logement très confortable, bien équipé et propre. La situation près de la promenade du Lido est un plus. Et lignes de bus pour rallier facilement le centre ville de Funchal

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher, alle 3 Tage neue Bettwäsche. Tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers, besonders intensive Reinigung!!!
