Όμορφα διαμορφωμένο μέσα

Cons:

Έλεγε βίλα ούτε καν ..στον 2ο ανεβάσαμε βαλίτσες πολύ ταλαιπωρία πολυ μικρό στις φωτό φαίνεται φοβερό αλλά καμία σχέση από κοντά ένα σαν διόροφο είναι που έχει υπόγειο ισόγειο και 1ο με πολύ στενά σκαλιά

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στον Βόλο και το παρκάρισμα ήταν εύκολο. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν επίσης εύκολη και κατατοπιστική. Θα το προτιμήσω σε μελλοντική επίσκεψη στην πόλη.

ΒΡΏΜΑ ΜΟΎΧΛΑ ΔΥΣΟΔΊΑ

​Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ξεκίνησε με τον χειρότερο τρόπο από νωρίς το πρωί της ημέρας της κράτησης. Με κάλεσε στις 09:30, με εξαιρετικά απότομο, πιεστικό και αφιλόξενο ύφος, απαιτώντας να μάθει την ώρα άφιξής μας. Ξεκαθάρισε από την πρώτη στιγμή—με παντελή έλλειψη στοιχειώδους ευγένειας—ότι δεν πρόκειται να μπούμε ούτε λεπτό πριν την επίσημη ώρα του check-in, κάτι που μας έκανε να συμπεράνουμε ότι δεν ήταν καν προετοιμασμένος.

​Τα πράγματα όμως έγιναν πολύ χειρότερα όταν φτάσαμε:

• Το δωμάτιο ήταν ένα σκοτεινό υπόγειο.

• Η καθαριότητα ήταν ανύπαρκτη (φουλ βρώμικο) και η ατμόσφαιρα αποπνικτική, με έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας και υγρασίας.

• Το κλιματιστικό (AC) ήταν απογοήτευση

​Ως γυναίκα σε προχωρημένη εγκυμοσύνη (32 εβδομάδων), ήταν παντελώς αδύνατο και επικίνδυνο για την υγεία μου να μείνω σε έναν τέτοιο χώρο.

​Το πιο εξοργιστικό από όλα ήταν ότι, όταν προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί του για να αναφέρουμε την κατάσταση και να ζητήσουμε λύση, ο κύριος εξαφανίστηκε. Έχουμε καταγεγραμμένο ιστορικό κλήσεων που αποδεικνύει ότι δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο.

​Επίσης, μισό φταίξιμο ήταν και δικό μου, καθώς δυστυχώς δεν διάβασα ποτέ εκ των προτέρων τις απαράδεκτες κριτικές που έχει ο "κύριος ακατάλληλος". Όπως παρατήρησα μεταγενέστερα, σε όλες τις αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις απαντάει στερεότυπα ότι «το δωμάτιο είναι καινούργιο και ανακαινισμένο»—ο τύπος είναι ξεκάθαρα τρολ.

​Πρόκειται για έναν εντελώς επαγγελματικά ακατάλληλο οικοδεσπότη και έναν χώρο μη κατοικήσιμο. Μακριά!

Pros:

Central location with free ‘street’ parking. We had semi-basement apartment with tiny windows which was average even for cheap price we paid. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night.

Cons:

The furniture is quiet old. The kitchen equipment was missing basic necessities like cups or mugs. There was Nescafe provided and a coffee maker but nothing to put it into, which was very frustrating for me.
Bathroom interior was old and not clean. It had signs of dampness and had a strong musty smell which permeated into the whole apartment. Also the toilet seat was broken & I slipped off but thankfully I did not fall down on the floor. The host said that the previous guest must have broken it & not said anything but when I looked through the reviews I noted that they had also complained about it, which was disappointing. Also, the cleaners would have seen this when they cleaned the bathroom before we got there?
Think the term ‘villa’ & ‘luxury’ is used too loosely here & need to be revised as it is definitely misleading, as are the photos.

Δεν μείναμε στο κατάλυμα. Με την άφιξη μας και την είσοδο στο υπόγειο κατάλυμα και παρατηρώντας ότι το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας δεν λειτουργούσε και ο αερισμός ήταν κάκιστος
Κάναμε ακύρωση και αποχωρήσαμε με διαφωνία με τον διαχειριστή του διαμερίσματος, το οποίο θέμα ενημερώθηκε η booking και θα επιλυθεί νομικά .

BEWARE AND AVOID IT!

We managed to stay only for an hour at the propey before we left running after contacting Booking com. BEWARE! Two of the "luxury suites" are semi-basement, low ceiling rooms no more than 18 square metres! We ended up in one of them because we didn't pay attention to one of the photos!!! The owner doesn't mention it neither on description or fine print or anywhere else . When contacting him to complain about it,he gave us childish excuses and
tried to delay us by "offering" to contact the other guests and ask if anyone would like to change rooms!!!!You can see the "view" from the room in my pictures and check the other low rating reviews . Don't be tempted by the low price it's not worth it at all. And " free parking" is on the street and is free from 21:00 - 09:00 in the morning. The rest of the time you have to pay if you're lucky to find a parking!

It is a place where one could stay
Pros:

Price/performance is good. 2 parents and 2 children can stay in here. Its location is excellent.

Cons:

There are no reception or security services. Finding a parking spot during the day is a bit of a hassle. There are no nice beaches nearby—or even further away.
