Important information:

-Check-in is free from 3 to 8pm, from 8pm to midnight you have to pay a supplement of €20 and from midnight to 2 am €40, always in cash to the person who gives you the keys.

-Any incident that is caused by the guest and needs support, outside of on-site working hours from 15:00H to 20:00H will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person who provides assistance.

-Rooms 2 and 3 have air conditioner

-Room 4 have a balcony

Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Please, check all the photographs of the accommodations together with the description, since the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room according to the availability of the desired dates, and if in the end you are not interested contact Booking

-Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.
-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.
-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.
-Any damage or breakage made by the guests will be paid by them.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Mi aspettavo meglio
Pros:

Posizione ottima, nel cuore di Salamanca.
La stanza era pulita e c’era il ventilatore.

Cons:

Durante il check-in non è stato possibile entrare nella porta di ingresso pur seguendo tutte le istruzioni fornite. Check-in inutilmente complicato e assolutamente non user friendly.
Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, per una camera e un bagno condiviso, costo troppo alto! Va bene per la posizione, ma anche la struttura deve essere di un certo livello a quel prezzo.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la separación de las habitaciones estaba muy organizada, todo bien.

Cons:

Al ser un departamento antiguo se escucha todo, si estás durmiendo y llegan los demás huéspedes se escucha todo por la madera antigua, los pisos, la cama, todo muy antiguo

Tolle Lage – problematischer Check-in, einfaches Zimmer
Pros:

Es war ein ganz einfaches kleines Zimmer, nur mit einem Bett. Also für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir waren drei Nächte da und waren tagsüber nur unterwegs – dafür hat es gepasst. Die zwei Bäder waren in Ordnung. DIe Lage war genial :)

Cons:

Der Check-in war leider sehr problematisch! Die Anleitung für den Zugang zur Haus- und Wohnungstür war nciht hilfreich, da die angegebenen Telefonnummern nicht funktioniert haben. Dieses Problem wurde offenbar bereits in früheren Rezensionen erwähnt, weshalb ich empfehle, den Check-in-Prozess dringend zu vereinfachen und zuverlässiger zu gestalten.

Localização maravilhosa
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa perto de mercados, lojas, shopping e do centro, você pode ir caminhando e descobrindo Madrid.
Mas se você preferir pode contar com o metrô que fica bem perto.
O apartamento estava sempre limpo, o quarto era confortável para quem não precisa fica muito tempo nele.

Cons:

A única coisa que não achei legal foi, mas pode melhorar:
O saco de roupa de cama suja que fica encima da maquina de lavar dentro do banheiro.
Não tem arrumação no quarto, era preciso deixar claro na reserva.
Não ter uma mesa perto da janela da cozinha com suas cadeiras mas isso também não faz falta assim tanto.

Very basic, would not stay again.
Pros:

Location was very good. Bed was relatively comfortable. Good size fridge available.

Cons:

Kitchen was missing basic items such as a toaster or even oven gloves. Communication was poor. The rooms were very basic and the whole place did not feel clean, with a musty smell on entry. Lighting in the room I had was poor, with switches buzzing and a bedside lamp with nowhere to plug it in. Bed frame was cheap and creaky.
