Keep an eye on:

Aparthotel Dénia does not have a reception. But this does not mean that you cannot count on us. When you book you will be sent an emergency number that you can reach 24/7 if a problem arises. We are always there for you. Instead of a reception, we work with a QR code that is sent to you. One week before the check-in date you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information including a link. With this link you can download an app where you can obtain the QR code. With this you can enter the hotel, your apartment, the elevator, laundry room and luggage room. This QR code remains valid from your scheduled check-in time until half an hour after check-out time.

Aparthotel Dénia uses its own cleaning policy adapted to the length of your stay. So this is included in the price. Cleaning short stays: -For stays less than or equal to 7 nights, no cleaning is provided. For stays longer than 7 nights, we provide one cleaning per week, including the replacement of bed linen and towels.

Cleaning long stays: - Aparthotel Dénia provides one cleaning per week. In addition, the bed linen and towels are replaced.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

한적한 동네라 조용하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 주차도 어렵지 않고 공간도 넉넉했습니다. 방도 두개라서 아이들과 4명이서 지내기에 부족함이 없었고, 조명, 방충망, 온도제어 모두 전자 키패드로 편리하게 조절할 수 있었습니다. 뜨거운 물 엄청 뜨겁게 잘 나오고, 수건, 화장지 모두 넉넉하게 준비 되어 있습니다. 식기류도 마찬가지구요. 아이들이 무척 좋아했습니다. 앱으로 현관문을 열 수 있어서 편리했고, 이메일로 전날 문의하여 문제없이 입실 가능 했습니다. 샤워실에 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시 다 구비되어 있고, 드라이기도 작동 잘 했습니다. 네스프레소 머신이 있고, 커피 캡슐도 제공되어 잘 이용 했습니다.

Cons:

지하1층에 세탁실이 있긴 한데, 세제 넣는 곳에 곰팡이가 있어서 그냥 이용 안했습니다. 그 외엔 큰 문제 없었습니다.

Pros:

Kitűnő elhelyezkedésű szállás. Gyakorlatilag csillag-túráztunk. Gent, Brugge, Antwerpen, Brüsszel mind egy órán belül elérhető. A szállás új építésű, tágas. Imádtuk.

Cons:

Az ajtónyitás rendszere kicsit bonyolult volt első blikkre, de azért megoldottuk. Van valami szellőző rendszer az apartmanban, ami reggeltől este 10-ig megy - ha valahogy a hangerején lehetne csökkenteni, akkor 11 pontot adtam volna. :)

Tesis gerçekten güzel düşünülmüş ve güzel. Park yeri ve ulaşım çok rahat.

Cons:

Odada çamaşır makinası ve kurutma makinası var diye belirtilmiş ama çamaşır ve kurutma makinası ortak ve ulaşmak için her seferinde çok uzun iki tane koridoru geçip 2 kat aşağı inmek gerekiyor.

Great Stay near Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent
Pros:

Very large apartment, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything one needs. Nice bathroom and shower. Cold air conditioning. Plus excellent parking under the building. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Cons:

Nothing here. This was perfect.

An extremely nice apartment, would stay here again anytime!!
Pros:

Very roomy and well apportioned! We have stayed in over 12 different BnB type places in six different countries over the last two months, and this place was probably the nicest of them all! The free underground parking was wonderful.

Cons:

It is kind of in an industrial area, but other than that it was perfect.

Heel net appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen.
Pros:

Heel net en verzorgd appartement, alles lijkt splinternieuw. Ruim, praktisch en mooi ingericht. Gratis parking op het domein. De verhuurder was onmiddellijk bereikbaar bij een probleempje met de inchecksleutel en kon het ook dadelijk oplossen. Zalige bedden, ruime regendouche, de airco kwam goed van pas tijdens het heel warme weekend. Kortom, een aanrader, wij komen graag terug!

Lovely apartment very comfortable
Pros:

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable in every aspect, quiet and well equipped

Cons:

If i must find something i didn’t like is the location: it is a 30 minutes drive from ghent
Also, i had problems with the check in procedure: i did not receive the email with the instructions until midnight the night before, which is already unlikely in my opinion , and it also proved to be more complicated that i anticipated, as the link did not work properly, so i found myself downloading the app multiple times as i was already in belgium. Nothing that cannot be solved but i would prefer it to be done and ready bu the time i landed as i also travelled with a baby

Schoon, ruim en confortabel app met klein balkon, fijne bedden en douche.
Pros:

Groot appartement met goede inventaris, alles nieuw. Goede bedden en fijne douches. Snelle en goede contacten met host Yannick

Cons:

Het balkon was erg klein, voor 2 personen. Bij een app voor 6 personen niet voldoende

découverte de Belgique côté flandres, riche en architecture.
Pros:

Boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner, bien situé à 2 minutes de l'hôtel à pieds.

Cons:

Il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas précisé lors de la location que les petits déjeuners compris sont à prendre à l'extérieur.
Par contre le personnel de la boulangerie fait son possible pour les petits déjeuners.
Malgré tout il aurait été préférable d'avoir un buffet de petits déjeuners comme dans d'autres apparthotels, parce qu'à 14 € le petit déjeuner c'est un peu léger.
