One of top Gentleman's hotel in Downtown San Jose CR!
Pros:

It's very professionally run and operated to USA 🇺🇸 standards! The restaurant & morning breakfast buffet is very satisfactory & is a plus! The inhouse hotel security is top notch and you are very safe.

Cons:

I had a very negative interaction with hotel's private driver, Marcos. He's a very good driver but honesty & integrity is lacking! I was quoted a USD rate but was charged DOUBLE in Costa Rican money & wasn't given any refund or credit but excuses! Buyer beware?

Outstanding.
Pros:

Breakfast was a treat. Bar staff was very attentive. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional. Housekeeping was the best.

Cons:

Had a problem with the hot tub not holding water. Staff was on the problem quickly and fixed the tub.
