Great customer service!
Pros:

The breakfast was included and plentiful. There is a restaurant onsite serving dinner with many options.

Cons:

My single room was small and very basic, but it did fit my needs for a good night sleep.

Cons:

Lenzuola con qualche buco e macchia, albergo nel nulla della zona (la meno bella dell'Islanda) e molto modesto nonostante il prezzo. Avevamo la colazione inclusa e invece al check out ci hanno chiesto soldi per caffè e cappuccino. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che nessuno ci aveva avvertito a voce o con cartelli che ci sarebbe stata questa maggiorazione, contrariati ci hanno lasciato andare. Forse una maggiore attenzione nella comunicazione e nella biancheria renderebbe il soggiorno migliore
