Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

Starting 1st March 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Good hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

Good price. Very nice staff. Very central. Close to station/town.

Cons:

The area around the hotel wasn't great/roadworks.

Ich habe das Hotel per Mail darüber informiert, dass mein Sohn an dem Tag 18 Jahre alt wird und nach einer kleinen Überraschung gefragt und nach der Möglichkeit eines Parkplatzes. Ich erhielt keine Antwort!
Die Fenster isolieren unzureichend, es war sehr laut in der Nacht.
Für die Übernachtungskosten habe ich mehr Luxus, Individualität und Engagement erwartet.

Beautiful hotel in great location
Pros:

Beautiful, old hotel that has been very tastefully refurbished. Fantastic food in the restaurant, great staff throughout, reasonably priced and located a hundred yards or so from the train station. Perfect for us.

Cons:

Only one niggle that is being sorted was that only one lift was working, and as it was very slow this did cause a few delays.

Absolute brilliant staff
Pros:

Brilliant hotel , staff are always on hand to help
With any questions we will 100% be back , thank you for allowing us to check in early too and for the free drink

Cons:

After we checked in we headed to our room, the bed was covered in dirty marks but within 5 mins 3 members of staff had all the bedding changed and it’s was amazing thank you so much again for also checking in on us the morning after too , team work 😀 you done amazing
