Pros:

Front desk staff was brilliant (never got her name sadly) she took time to chat with my little boy, remembered his name, our plans and asked all about our day. Genuinely a lovely member of staff who went the extra mile to make you feel like you were super welcome at the hotel.

Lovely staff, food and beds - would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for shopping and the V&A museum. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the brasserie staff. The food was really tasty too. Beds were super comfy and the room decor was really tasteful.

Cons:

The assistance rails in the wet room were a little dirty. Not a real big deal but put me off using them. Although the location is great for shopping it’s a bit noisy at the weekend and parking is a pain.

Pros:

We did not actually stay as prior guests had muddled their booking. So we, staying just one night, were rebooked to another hotel nearby. Staff were pleasant arranging this but notification was very last minute (the morning of our intended stay, as we were leaving for our train) and as we had had the booking confirmed a long time in advance, we felt the existing visitors, who messed up their booking, should have been moved, not us. They gave us a very nice meal as recompense, but really another solution should have been found. That said, the hotel looked very nice, and the lunch was delicious and service good.
