The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

Beautiful room and roomy bathroom
It was as good as we hoped for
Very clean. Robe and slippers. Large room and bathroom. View of Discovery and river.
Shower corners need to be mould sprayed.
Room was very comfortable, though I could have done with an explanation on how to work the heating/cooling. Breakfast was good and staff, both at breakfast and dinner were very cordial and friendly. D
