The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
No car parking on site. The nearest car parks are Yeoman Shore (across the street), Green Market (a 5 minute walk), Caird Hall and Discovery. Off street parking is free between 6pm and 8am daily.

The hotel is ideal situated for the train station and shopping centre.The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a very good breakfast. The bedroom was well equipped with a good hair dryer, complementary bottle of chilled water and nice toiletries in the bathroom.
Our room had a very noisy AC unit and as a result we had to turn it off then endure a very stuffy and hot bedroom which was very uncomfortable. The bed frame was horrendous and creaked and groaned every time there was a slight movement from either myself or my husband. This again didn’t enhance our sleep. Only one lift was operational and the down stairs bar was closed during our stay, although there was an other bar upstairs that was was a converted space using part of the restaurant
Breakfast and staff were polite; had dinner in brasserie and it was good too.
Room was Too dark; one light didn’t work; silly scheme where you get drinks for non cleaning of room; and the bed is TOO HIGH for short people to climb!

Room wasn't cleaned despite having the please clean sign on. Average breakfast. Rooms are dark.
We ask for towels and extra blankets from the housekeeping but they did not even get back to us . We keep on calling them but no response and we stayed 2 nights at their King suites. Very bad service
