Positive experience overall , little things should be improved.
Pros:

The property is located on a very beautiful spot on the lake shore , the building is well maintained and the personnel is very polite and helpful. You can actually go fishing or sit in the sun on a chair . Food is ok. You can go on a trail to a very old church on top of the hill which we did twice accompanied by a stray but wonderful dog who showed us the way. Wonderful, only in Romania.

Cons:

The property is advertised as 4star hotel however although is very nice it isn’t 4 stars as rooms don’t have ac , you can’t make a coffee or tea in the room . Another bothersome experience is the wedding photo shoots including use of drones that take place almost every day and make the sitting or wondering outside in the garden uncomfortable . Also trade people doing various work making noise at times.

Pros:

Jardines muy bonitos y vistas al lago, tranquilo y relajante. Fácil aparcar junto al hotel.

Cons:

El acceso es por camino de tierra con algo de pendiente. Poco espacio en la habitación y baño en el piso superior, cuyo acceso es solo por escaleras, sin ascensor. El desayuno, sabroso pero algo escaso.

Pros:

Pro: room very clean, excellent bed, air conditioning was appreciated, acces to the water, excellent for photos/events with a gorgeous view of the lake, nice staff.

Cons:

Can be improved: definetly the access to the location(difficult road), very few parking spots, less diverse breakfast, very few options to order from the food menu (ex. dinner), the double room at the mansarde could be a bit bigger, the prices of the food do not really match the quality of it.

Bine, dar e loc de îmbunătățiri
Pros:

Locație frumoasa cu o gradina superba.
Drumul de coborâre este gen forestier, cu santuri adânci sapate de apa, recomandat doar cu masina mai inalta. Ca si recomandare, coborârea sa se faca pe str Ciresului, sens unic asfalt, dar urcarea se poate face doar pe drumul deplorabil pe str Debarcaderului. Camera curata, frumos mobilata, dar nu recomand camerele cu vedere la gradina, vederea este de fapt către un teren cu fan unde paste o vaca, plasa țânțari este doar la baie, in rest nu sunt plase la geam, usa, si nici aer condiționat. Pentru 4 stele știu ca aerul este o condiție obligatorie. Un alt minus mare al camerei pe spate este ca tot mirosul din bucătărie si fumul din coșul centrale ( probabil) întra in aceste camere cu vedere la "gradina". Obligatoriu de rezervat camera cu vedere pe fata/lac.

Cons:

Personalul amabil, destul de ocupat, uneori servire mai greoaie deoarece aceiași angajați se ocupa si de evenimentele private. Micul dejun modest, găsești ceva sa mănânci, dar pe departe cel mai slab mic dejun avut vreodată. Despre restaurant, pot spune ca mâncarea este ok, porții medii cu preturi destul de mari. Recomand proprietatea doar pentru odihna, nu se organizează nici o activitate din cele enumerate pe site, astfel ca nu este ideala persoanelor active. Si nici nu iti vine sa ieși zilnic cu masina datorită drumului de acces.

Pros:

Am avut un sejur scurt, doar de o noapte, insa am apreciat mult atentia care ni s-a acordat.
Domnisoara ospatar (cea bruneta, cu ochelari) a fost foarte politicoasă și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. Un alt lucru de apreciat este curatenia exemplara.

Cons:

Meniul ar fii minunat să fie puțin mai diversificat, dar nu a fost neaparat o problema mare. Ar fii ideal să se ocupe cineva de drumul dintre șoseaua principală și locație, pentru că e păcat de locul minunat care te așteaptă după ce îl parcurgi.

Personal amabil, curatenie, mâncare gustoasa, cochet, aranjat frumos, gradina e superba si intretinuta

Cons:

Ar fi necesar plasa de insecta la camere (la baie era) seara intra foarte multe musculițe si fluturi, am simțit lipsa aerului conditionat in camere si nu ar strica un mic spațiu de joaca pt copii

Pros:

Este foarte bine pozitionata mancare foarte buna curatenie exemplara si in camera si in exterior

Cons:

Are putine locuri pe terasa si nu specifica nicaiero ca trebuie sa iti rezervi masa cam acesta ar fi minusul
Si mai am ceva putin praf si in curte este greu de ajuns la proprietate
Dar asta e treaba autoritatilor

Traumhaft schöne Anlage mit etwas schwierigem Anfahrtsweg.
Pros:

Wunderschöne, saubere Anlage mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf's See, Berge und Wälder. Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Der einzige asphaltierte Weg dorthin (von der Hauptstraße bis zum Hotel) war eine 2,5 Meter breite Einbahnstraße, die in beide Richtungen benutzt werden musste, da die andere vorhandene Straße recht steinig, steil und einem Abgrund ähnelte.

Pros:

La beauté du lac. L’esprit grande maison italienne.
Cependant et c’est là que le bas blesse : Cet établissement n’a pas d’âme. C’est du fake. C’est impersonnel au possible. A l’image des repas qui sont insipides, trop cuits ou pas assez. Le petit déjeuner est déplorable, j’oserai dire minable. Le café est imbuvable ! Le pain n’est pas du pain….. bref tout est au rabais. Faudrait revoir le 4 étoiles et surtout l’accès à l’hôtel mal indiqué de surcroît par un chemin de 2 km de cailloux, de trous. Une horreur 😱 quand on a une voiture basse et pas un 4x4 !!!!! À éviter rapport qualité/prix déplorable.
