Não tem água quente no apartamento , e não está descrito no anúncio, apenas escrito em uma das fotos, em letras pequenas , o que não dar pra ver… apartamento precisa de algumas manutenções , localização e atendimento são bons… pra quem quer pagar barato e tomar banho frio, funciona.

A localização é excelente. Em relação ao quarto tem um banheiro bom, tem um frigobar muito bom, tv razoável, microondas bom e uma vista agradável.

Cons:

Em relação ao quarto deixa muito a desejar. Cama ruim, internet horrível, ar condicionado mais ou menos.
