Great value for location.
Pros:

This is a great bargain for the location. It is in the heart of Old Quarter, but slightly hidden, like a hidden gem. Breakfast was delicious, Stella was very helpful, and the room was clean and quiet.

Una pena que lo hayamos descubierto nuestra última noche en Hanoi
Pros:

El mejor sitio en que hemos estado en Vietnam. Todo nuevo y limpio, como se ve en las fotos. La dueña, Stella, un encanto. El único sitio en el que había dos toallas por persona, dos almohadas por persona ( diferentes, según gustos). El desayuno muy bueno, el pan lo hacen ellas mismas.

Cons:

Lo único que igual mejoraría es que no ponían fruta en el desayuno.

Have a shower at your own risk!
Pros:

It was the 5th floor apartment, good size. Opposite the terrace. Amazing location walkable almost everywhere. But the apartment was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good. Freshly made, same coffee.
Stella was welcoming and sent me check in instructions.

Cons:

Bathroom/toilet/shower cubicle is tiny, badly made and uncomfortable. Electric shower - this is a huge safety hazard. I'm not an electrician but not water sealed just tapped wires under the shower head will electrocute someone. See photo.
Stella, fix it asap otherwise you might find your guests dead!

Pros:

Stella is very nice, she help everything as she can.
The breakfast is also great!
There are many store near by here, even night market.

Cons:

The bathroom sink is too small, I spill the water everywhere.
The stairs space is narrow, it is not easy to move the suitcase.
It is a little noisy, you can hear the sound when someone use the water.

Pros:

Stella is great. This was my second night. I came on my first night in Hanoi, then left for Ha long bay. She let me and my friend leave our bags there so we only needed to take a small bag for the boat trip for 2 nights.

She was really helpful with tips on what to do and where things were and makes a great morning coffee.
Breakfast was simple eggs, fresh fruit and toast but it was well cooked and very nice. Loved the omelette. Plus of course the all important coffee

Shower gell and shampoo included plus other necessities.

Location great also. 7/11 and pharmacy only 1 mins walk away. Night market 2 mins walk.

Cons:

There is nothing i didn't like
