⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein Aufenthalt wie aus dem Bilderbuch!

Unser Aufenthalt war schlichtweg ein Traum! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Einen ganz besonderen Anteil daran hat Kathi, die sich wirklich vorbildlich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Man hat fast das Gefühl, sie merkt schon, was man braucht, bevor man selbst darauf kommt. 😄

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die hervorragende Küche. Hier wird nicht einfach nur gekocht – hier wird dafür gesorgt, dass spätestens nach dem Essen sämtliche guten Vorsätze für die nächste Diät auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben werden.

Und dann das Frühstück: reichhaltig, lecker und so umfangreich, dass die größte Herausforderung des Tages darin besteht, irgendwann tatsächlich vom Frühstückstisch aufzustehen. 😉

Gastfreundschaft, hervorragendes Essen und eine Gastgeberin mit Herz – was will man mehr?

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr, sehr schön gelegenes, nettes kleines Berghotel mit schönem Biergarten und gutem Essen
Pros:

Das Forsthaus liegt an einer schmalen Mautstraße, die an vielen Stellen sehr eng ist - definitiv nichts für ungeübte Fahrer -, aber daher ist es dort echt ruhig. Die Lage ist wirklich klasse ... das Hotel wird vor allem von Wanderern und Radfahrern genutzt, Hunde sind überall willkommen. Das Frühstück war reichlich, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Der Biergarten am Hotel ist sehr schön, und das Essen im Restaurant ist gut. Durch die einsame Lage ist man darauf angewiesen, hier zu essen, daher sollte man beachten, dass die Küche auch für Hotelgäste abends relativ früh schließt.
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet.
Das kostenlose Gäste-WLAN war stabil und ausreichend - was wirklich gut ist, da man hier ggf. keinen Handyempfang hat.
Der kostenlose Parkplatz bietet reichlich Platz.

Cons:

Bei Buchung über Booking erhält man leider nicht die schönsten Zimmer, und Wünsche nach einem "ruhigen Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht" werden nur ganz selten erfüllt, leider auch hier. Vor dem Fenster war ein umlaufender Balkon, auf dem tagsüber Kinder anderer Gäste herumgelaufen sind.
Der Check-out verlief leider ruckelig, erst konnte nicht festgestellt werden, dass die Zimmer bereits bezahlt waren, und dann sah es so aus, als passte der bei der Buchung berechnete Preis nicht.
Letztendlich ließ sich alles klären, aber dadurch gab es eine Verzögerung bei der Abreise.

Pros:

Nous avions une grande chambre pour 4 personnes (2 pièces, une avec un lit double, une avec 1 lit superposé)
Hôtel recent, très propre, très beau.
Nous sommes arrivés tard et avons pu faire le check in seul (boîte à clé).
Calme

Cons:

Pas de borne de recharge (endroit isolé)
Le personne à l'accueil était sympathique mais ne parlait pas Anglais.

Forest oasis worth the drive for tranquility
Pros:

I appreciated the merging of old with new. Tastefully renovated historic hotel. Idyllic. I happened to be the only guest for the night and was treated to a feast for breakfast. Charming and welcoming staff!

Cons:

Didn’t apply to me, but if it were to get very hot overnight, I would appreciate air conditioning. Maybe it never really gets too hot here, though?
