The hotel is very central, and close to the places I wanted to visit - museums, church, eateries etc.
The reception staff are welcoming & friendly. Maintenance and housekeeping are efficient.

The fridge in our room was not working at the time we checked in so our drinks were not chilled properly. Also had to request for a doormat in the room instead of having it in the room right the moment we checked in but overall the place is very amazing! Super lapit lang sa lahat and will definitely go back again. The staff were so nice kahit medyo matagal sa reception when they were confirming our booking.

Very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived for check-in, we were informed that there were no available rooms, even though we had already made a confirmed booking. Imagine traveling all the way from Manila only to find out that our reservation could not be honored.What makes it even more frustrating is that no prior notice was given. Had we been informed earlier, we could have adjusted our plans and avoided the unnecessary trip. This experience, caused us significant inconvenience and disappointment. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service, esp.at the reception area.😞

1. Poor Staff and Customer Service
I stayed at the hotel for two consecutive days and noticed a significant difference in service quality between the reception staff. The female receptionist was quite accommodating, while the male receptionist on my second day was less welcoming and attentive.
The housekeeping staff who assisted with Room 413 (2nd day) did not apologize for the inconvenience caused by the room issue. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way in improving the guest experience.
The room key provided for Room 413 was essentially unusable, as it could not open the door. I was advised that every time I needed to enter the room, I would have to request assistance from hotel personnel to unlock it. This arrangement was highly inconvenient and impractical for guests.
As a suggestion to management, rooms with known maintenance issues should not be assigned to guests until the problems have been fully resolved.
Staff members should be trained to greet guests professionally and remain attentive to customers. During my stay (first day, I checked in) I observed reception personnel engaged in personal conversations while guests were checking in, which appeared unprofessional.
The security guard on duty (1st day) during my check-in was also discourteous and lacked the level of hospitality expected in the service industry.
2. Poor Facilities and Maintenance
The carpet appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for hotel accommodations, and the condition of the carpet negatively impacted my overall impression of the property.
Greater attention should be given to the upkeep and maintenance of guest areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. And the rooms are very small!!!

There were no towels in the room. I had to ask, but they didn't put them in my room. I had to wait after getting tired from the street. There was no soap to wash my hands or Ruston. The light in the room didn't turn off completely, not providing the necessary security for sleeping. Also, the refrigerator had LEDs with a transparent door that illuminated the room even more, and I forgot my eye mask. So, I didn't have a night of absolute rest.

The carpet looks dirty. In the floor that we’re in is so loud .
We had a decent stay overall because the location is excellent and very convenient. It’s close to many attractions, restaurants, and other places of interest.
However, I left feeling disappointed because the hotel has so much potential. The vision is clearly there—the property itself is beautiful, and the location is one of its strongest assets. Unfortunately, the execution falls short.
Upon arrival, our room did not have towels or toiletries. The bed also looked as though it had already been used, and the pillowcases had an unpleasant odor. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and we were surprised to learn that comforters had reportedly been removed because management found them difficult to maintain. The carpeted floors also looked like they had not been vacuumed regularly.
What concerned me even before arriving were the reviews mentioning double bookings. I tried calling the property twice before our stay, but no one answered. When we arrived, the receptionist confirmed that double-booking issues do occur with online booking platforms. That was disappointing to hear.
What makes this experience frustrating is that the room’s walk-in rate is around ₱10,000 per night. While I booked at a discounted rate through an online platform, guests paying full price would understandably expect much higher standards of cleanliness and service.
I genuinely feel sorry for the owners because the hotel has the foundation to be something special. My impression is that the main issue lies in management and operational standards rather than the property itself. Investing in better staff training, proper housekeeping procedures, and stronger supervision could make a huge difference.
I hope management takes guest feedback seriously because this hotel could easily become one of the area’s best places to stay if the service and maintenance matched the quality of the property and its location.
The room itself had potential and the Executive Suite was spacious and generally looked nice at first. When we reported the blood stains on the bedsheet, the staff replaced it relatively quickly. Apart from that, there was unfortunately not much that stood out positively.
The negative experience started with the condition of the room. Although we booked an Executive Suite, the room was very dirty and several things appeared damaged or poorly maintained.
The most shocking issue was that the bedsheet had blood stains. The staff replaced it relatively quickly after we complained, but they did not have a correctly sized replacement sheet, which meant part of the bed was left without proper bedding.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Breakfast was included in our booking and paid for, but in the morning we were told that we had not booked breakfast. We showed our booking confirmation, but no employee was able or willing to make a decision or resolve the situation. A manager could not be reached. We contacted Booking.com for support, but according to them they were also unable to reach the hotel.
As a result, we did not receive a service that was included in our reservation. Travelling as a family, spending time arguing about basic booked services instead of enjoying the stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
