Guests traveling by car should take the exit Deidesheim on the A65 and should approach the hotel via Bahnhofstrasse. Cars may be parked at the hotel entrance, staff will then park them in the property's car park.

four-legged friends are very welcome in our regional restaurant "Sankt Urban" and in some of our rooms, pets are not permitted in our gourmet restaurant "Schwarzer Hahn" or in our breakfast venue.

Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel hatten wir uns mehr versprochen.
Pros:

Die beiden vorhandenen Restaurants sind sehr gut.
Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung im Frühstücksraum.
Top gepflegtes Hotel.
Frühstück im Innenhof möglich.

Cons:

Anreise per Auto: Die abrufbaren Daten zum Einchecken sind falsch. Mussten mehrfach nach dem korrekten Weg zum Hotel fragen, bis wir endlich an der Rezeption waren. ( TIP: ins Navi sollte man Bahnhofstr. 21 eingeben, dann klappts besser )
Die Dusche müffelte nach Abwasserkanal. Türpfosten Bad ist unten aufgequollen mit abblätternder Farbe, Silikondichtungen der Duschtür braun und verkalkt. Durch das geöffnete Oberlicht dringen zeitweise intensive Küchengerüche ein.
Die Klimaanlage ist fest eingestellt und lässt sich vom Gast nicht individuell einstellen.
Frühstück: die separat bestellbaren Eiergerichte sind sehr gut. Dafür ist die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse sehr "übersichtlich".
Die angebotene Säfte sind nicht frisch, sondern kommen aus einer Granini-Abfüllstation.
Die 60.- Frühstückskosten pro Paar/Tag fanden wir etwas übertrieben. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum sind sehr eng aufgestellt. Bei Hochbetrieb wäre es ungemütlich.
Die vorhandene Grundausstattung von Shampoo und Duschseife reichte knapp für unsere Anwesenheitszeit und wurde zwischenzeitlich nicht ergänzt.
Sehr verwinkeltes Haus mit zahlreichen Treppen.
Bei einem Problem auf dem Parkplatz verhielt sich die Bedienung an der Rezeption recht unprofessionell.

Sehr schlnes Hotel, sehr nettes Petsonal

Cons:

wir wollten um 20:55 Uhr ins Hotel Restaurant, es hiess, dass die Küche geschlossen ist, obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass diese biss 21:30 Uhr geöffnet ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und haben dann Pizza bestellt und auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel gegessen👎😟
