The location is great and the bed is comfortable.
Apartment has a refrigerator.

Perfect location, very close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. The bed was comfortable, I especially loved the décor—original, stylish, and very well thought out.

The internet connection wasn’t always very reliable, possibly due to the building’s concrete structure, but it wasn’t a major issue for my stay.
Brilliant location ~ right by amazing restaurants and bars and cute coffee cafes. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. They stored my luggage whilst I travelled around Crete. The beds were very comfortable, the cleaning lady came every morning to refresh towels and clean the room. The young ladies on reception were amazing nothing was too much trouble.
I first stayed in the suite with a beautiful roof terrace but the umbrella was broken so couldn’t relax on the sun beds as it was too hot. The owner ordered a new one as soon as I told him. The next room I stayed in ~ a lovely double had a leak in the bathroom again the owner said he would have it repaired as a matter of urgency. He was very friendly and professional
The staff were lovely and very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The accommodation is very beautiful and had a lovely bar. Our family stayed in the triple and also the rooftop terrace rooms and both provided everything needed to enjoy our holiday. We loved being right in the centre of Chania and would gladly return to this lovely hotel
Nothing, loved everything about our stay
The location is amazing, the suite with the roof terrace is fabulous, with sweeping views over the harbour. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They kindly stored my luggage when I went to Loutro . The cafe / bar is lovely to sit out for a coffee or glass of wine.

Compliqué de trouver la chambre. Les informations à ce sujet ne sont pas claires du tout. Nous avons vu une seule personne durant notre séjour de 2 nuits. Nous avons eu un minuscule flacon de gel douche alors que nous étions trois pour 2 nuits. Et deux doses de café pour le même nombre de personnes et même durée de séjour. Impossible de réclamer quoi que soit le lendemain car l établissement était fermé et nous n en avions pas été informé. Dommage
The location was close to everything, and the room was quite large, which was perfect.
When I first checked in, absolutely no information or confirmation was asked, I was just handed the room key with very little conversation, which immediately raised security risks. The room was nowhere near sound proof, I had no hot water for half of my stay, the WIFI did not reach my room, and I did not have a functioning "rainfall" shower. There was also a constant leak under the toilet drain, shower dial faulty, shower drain blocked, broken blinds, and the safety deposit box was not big enough to put large devices such as my iPad in. When I complained to staff they simply told me they couldn't do anything. Furthermore, the hair dryer they included in my room was faulty, emitting flames, sparks, and smoke when I used it blowing all the electrics in the hotel. Nobody came to check on me even though it made an insanely loud bang. I also did not have the 'included' iron, slippers, or electric kettle. For the price I paid, I did not receive the majority of the facilities advertised.
