Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso, cómodo ,centrico y muy conveniente. Está muy nuevo y es súper funcional. El personal un encanto, se desviven por agradarte. Las camas y las almohadas top, que es algo que valoro mucho. Los baños y las duchas muy nuevos.

Cons:

En realidad nada, no le puedo poner pegas.

Découverte de Santander réussie !
Pros:

Super séjour, nous avons profité d’un surclassement surprise à l’arrivée ! La chambre était impeccable, très spacieuse, confortable et grande.
Aucun bruit la nuit et le matin, très bonne localisation pour aller et venir dans Santander (plages, centre, port)
Personnel très accessible et aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuner est d’une bonne variété et très bon (gâteau au chocolat, tortilla, croissants). Merci aux équipes !

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire marcher le jacuzzi (chambre 405) mais comme il faisait partie du surclassement nous n’y aurions pas eu accès de base et en plus les journées ont été assez occupés pour que nous n’en ayons pas besoin.
Aussi, nous étions étonné de devoir payer le parking, nous avions compris que se garer au parking de la ville était gratuit quand nous résidions à l’hôtel… mauvaise compréhension de notre part

Wir haben gegen Gebühr einen Parkplatz in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage ein paar Meter neben der Unterkunft bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber.

Zentral, modern und sauber - alles perfekt
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Man kann die Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden, ebenso kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Centro Botín und der Promenade an der Bucht und auch zum Busbahnhof geht man leicht zu Fuß. Trotz zentraler Lage war es ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr stylish und sehr sauber. Hell und Fenster lassen sich ganz öffnen.
Man wird herzlich empfangen und bekommt immer wieder tolle Tipps an der Rezeption - vor allem Alejandra war mir eine große Hilfe.

Great room, conveniently located
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good.
Room was spacious, with excellent air-conditioning. A nice bathroom, shower was decent.
The hotel is located very close to the main shopping street in central santander.

Cons:

When it came to pay, the staff member said my card didnt work. This meant a short trip to a nearby bank to get cash out, which incurred a small fee. I queried with my bank, who said there was no issue whatsoever with my card (evidenced by the fact that my card worked in a cash machine), and that the bank record indicated thehotel staff member had processed it wrongly. However when i tried to email the hotel to tell them this, they rejected this out of hand and said there was no error on their part. A dosappointing end to a lovely stay.

Pros:

El personal de recepción han sido muy amables y además también nos han orientado para ir a zonas de restauración y lugares que visitar.

Cons:

El desayuno no lo cogimos ya que nos pareció bastante caro y no vimos que tuviera mucha variedad.
