Ruined part of the holiday as I had to book quickly another hotel near bye , I am seeking a refund

Nothing very poor hotel, not clean

Cons:

Hotel was poor, the rooms very poor a small, bookings stated that it would have a sea view this no the case , a fire escape was in front of the doors, the doors leading to the open fire escape only needed a push for them to open, poor locks, there was no safe in the room , considering the poor security of the window doors leading to the fire escape was shocking. A mile stretch of road in front of the hotel and leading to the left and right was being relaid with diggers, min diggers, no public foot path , when it rained you could not walk outside it was just mud and water and very dangerous as cars, lorries, buses were trying to get past each other. My wife has had a hip operation and could not risk the walk as to dangerous. A shocking hotel nothing like Bookings.com portrayed . Also on arrival the receptionist tried to be clever and ask for payment up front and in cash , disgusting attitude, I refused

Đường trước khách sạn đang sửa, lầy lội rất khó di chuyển. Ko dọn phòng thường xuyên, yêu cầu mới dọn. Hình tương đối giống thực tế, nhưng tới nơi vẫn hơi ngỡ ngàng vì ko hoành tráng và đẹp lung linh như hình. Thuê xe máy ko có áo mưa, ko có trạm xăng lớn chỉ có tạp hoá bán xăng nhỏ bất tiện
