Ugodno i pristupačno iskustvo uz krasno osoblje
Pros:

Zaposlenici su izrazito ljubazni, bili su spremni pomoći u svakom našem upitu. Organizirali su nam prijevoz od zračne luke i natrag. Doručak je vrlo šarolik i zdrav. U blizini hotela postoje razni objekti u kojima se može kupiti hrana, a nedaleko je i trg Eminönü.

Отель расположен в удобном месте от всех локаций. То есть с этой точки можно быстро добраться до всех локаций. Данный отель он для бюджетного проживания утром ушел и вечером пришел))) Наш номер (205) чистый, да не новый, принять душ и лечь в чистую постель супер. Уборка номера ежедневно. Вещи наши не трогали и ничего не пропадало. На районе отеля есть много магазинов и закусочных.

Po techickej stranke hotel chatra - porovnavam to s osobnou skusenostou pred 3 rokmi. Klkma funguje len na dialku (z recepcie), blilajuce svetla, uvolnene zastrcky....stacili by len drobne upravy a hned by to bolo prijemnejsie prostredie.

Уютный, чистый отель с вежливым персоналом!
Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом станция метро, остановки автобусов, трамвая, причалы паромов, для туристов самое необходимое. Многие достопримечательности рядом, можно пешком пройтись. Сам отель со свежим ремонтом, персонал доброжелательный, общительный, все необходимое было в номере, уборку делали каждый день, все было чисто.

Foarte frumos, foarte placut. Cu siguranta avem motive sa revenim.
Pros:

Curatenie in camere, staff-ul foarte prietenos, foarte amabil, comunicarea a fost o placere. Am avut nevoie sa schimbam camera intrucat camera initiala avea probleme de izolare fonica, si staff-ul a fost foarte amabil si ne-a oferit o alta camera pe partea opusa a hotelului, care a fost mult mai ok. De asemenea, in ultima zi, ne-a oferit cate un suc, ceea ce a fost un gest foarte frumos si neasteptat.

In prima noapte am stat intr-o camera pozitionata catre strada principala, si care cu toate ca avea geamuri termopan, avea de asemenea gauri de ventilatie in acele geamuri, ceea ce facea ca sunetele de afara sa intre in camera odata cu aerul.
De asemenea, doar o sugestie, intrucat e posibil sa fie necesar un upgrade de abonament sau poate de hardware, cu toate ca exista WiFi, viteza era extrem de mica, si de multe ori nu se putea folosi deloc conexiunea WiFi. Cel mai probabil, din cauza ca sunt foarte multi clienti in acelasi timp pe aceeasi retea, banda se imparte si nu face fata cererii. De obicei, solutia este fie upgrade de hardware, daca problema este la router-ele folosite, fie de abonament, in functie de operator, daca este rentabil si exista de exemplu posibilitatea de adaugare servicii prin fibra optica cu ceva mai mult bandwidth. Nu am folosit foarte mult WiFi-ul pentru ca in general am fost sa exploram orasul, dar seara ne-a fost un pic dificil sa folosim internetul de la hotel si ne-am bazat mai mult pe datele mobile. In rest, totul ok. :)

Jó a szállás elhelyezkedése. A személyzet a felmerülő kérésekben készséggel segített.

Cons:

Koszos. A klíma hangos és penészes, ha kinyitod az ablakot, nem tudsz aludni a kinti zajtól. A frissen felhúzott "tiszta" ágyneműben több oda nem illő, friss koszfoltot, hajakat találtunk. A szobánkban a wc ülőke ülőlapja és fedele is mozgott és nem maradt nyitva. A fürdőszobában és a szobában is penész foltok voltak. Egyik nap elvitték a törölközőinket és nem kaptunk helyette másikat.
A reggeli iszonyat egyhangú, minden nap ugyanaz az egyféle felvágott, kétféle sajt és zöldségek, főtt tojás és narancs, tea, kávé és ihatatlan, cukor ízű, sárga lötty.

Lift nincs!

Остановились в отеле Victorious в Стамбуле и остались в полном восторге!
Особенно хочется отметить ребят с ресепшена - Юнуса и Васима. Это настоящие профессионалы своего дела: всегда улыбчивые, внимательные, готовые помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря им мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а желанными друзьями. Они подсказывали по маршрутам, помогали с трансфером, решали любые вопросы быстро и с душой. Отдельное огромное спасибо им за такой тёплый приём!
Сам отель очень достойный: чисто, уютно, комфортные номера, вкусный завтрак и отличное расположение. Всё на высоком уровне, без единой претензии.

Good hotel price wise, but you lose comfort in some areas like breakfast, equipement ...

Personnel à l'accueil aimable et souriant

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très très moyen, pas de lait chaud, on boit notre café au lait froid du coup, très peu de choix dans les ingrédients, et petit déjeuner redondant qui ne change presque pas.
On avait pas de bouilloire et la TV ne marchait pas.
