Very good location, near to everything.
Quite noisi surounding.
The air conditioner didnt work. It was really hot and the windows didnt open. Really had trouble sleeping.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut mit Zugang zu Metro und auch zu Fuß nicht zu weit vom Stadtzentrum
Das Zimmer war sehr Laut mit eine Strassenbahn Linie direkt am Fenster, und der Klimaanlage war kaputt. Das Fenster ging aber so wieso auf, also war es sehr heiß. Außerdem, ging das digitale Check-in nicht. Ich bekam auch eine unerwartete Whatsapp Nachricht zum vorab Checkin, völlig unnötig.
It's a really nice hotel! Right in the heart of Brussel, with a small supermarket right next door and the tram just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is only a 21-minute walk away. The check in and check out were both staff less but worked so fast and were super convenient. There are plenty of amenities in the common area downstairs (washing machines, kitchen, TV, ping-pong table, etc.). The beds are incredibly comfortable (and I say that as someone with back problems). The airconditioning was great in the summer heat! The shower has different pressures for massage which was nice!
It's in the middle of the centre of Brussels, so it's quite noisy. Especially the trams that pass by the building. You can literally feel the vibration as they drive by. And an extra towel would be nice. But that's all, no complaints. I would definitely recommend it!

Hôtel bien situé, efficace, service rapide de check in/out, équipement adapté pour un rapide séjour pour le travail. J'y retournerais probablement pour un prochain séjour.

Quise bajar las escaleras porque 1 de los 2 ascensores no funcionaba, y no pude salir d la última puerta porque la tarjeta/llave no me dejaba salir, entonces en caso de urgencia iba tener mucho protocolo.
Rooms are actually bigher than in pics. Sparkling clean. No fridge or cups/glasses in the rooms. No safe-box. No "do not disturb" signs.Excellent location,

Auto service, shared kitchen, good facilities, ok price! I like the concept of having a place where you can stay some days and cook , the room is also good size, comfy bed!
Unfortunately it was very very hot and the air conditioning was not working!
It was only one night but enough to make it a bad sleep! I should have asked to change, but we thought during night was going to get it cold, but it didn’t !
The location is good, close to the metro and the city center.
