Es war gemütlich und nett
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer, aber es wird sehr viel geboten und es schmeckt sehr gut

Cons:

Die hohen Preise bei den Getränken und Speisen im Restaurant. Auch war keine grosse Auswahl bei den Speisen vorhanden

Koselig hotell med herlig restaurant
Pros:

Koselig og sjarmerende typisk tysk hotell som vi liker. Grei pris, god frokost. Deilig mat i restauranten hvor de var flinke på glutenfritt som er et behov for oss.

Cons:

Ikke så mye å gå til i området rundt hotellet. Men med god restaurant på hotellet - helt ok

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage des Zimmers, weil es nach hinten raus gelegen und weit genug entfernt lag, von der Bar im Erdgeschoss mit lauter Musik und der Terrasse im vorderen Bereich des Hauses, wo sich Gäste treffen und verabschieden, Autos eintreffen und wegfahren.
Viel freier Parkplatz. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal. Üppige Parkplatzmöglichkeiten.
Für Spaziergang ist der Eintritt in den Wald dann fast sofort fußläufig zu erreichen, weil das Hotel am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt. Gutes Restaurant mit gutem Service.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wegen der sehr kleinen Fenster recht dunkel - auch tagsüber. Bedauerlicherweise kein einziger reiner Sportsender (z.B. EuroSports) einprogrammiert in der TV-Liste für das Zimmer-TV, dafür aber viele (5!) arabische Sender. Auch kein Zugang zu TV-Mediatheken. TV-Fernbedienung leider ohne Batterien auf dem Zimmer. Die konnten an der Rezeption dann nachgeladen werden.
Fäschlicherweise Rechnungsforderung für Frühstück für 2 Personen für 2 Übernachtungen, wobei wir nur einmal gefrühstückt hatten. Der Fehler wurde wegen eigener Aufmerksamkeit und Nachfrage dann sofort korrigiert.
Das Restaurant und die Bar ziehen offenbar auch viele Nicht-Hotelgäste an, was den Lärmpegel anhebt.

Für den Aufenthalt in Reinbek und Umgebung ist die Lage ideal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und die Betten wunderbar groß. Teilweise sind die Zimmer mit Balkon sowie Dusche + Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Minibar ist umfangreich bestückt – das Wasser umsonst.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts negatives berichten.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an das zuvorkommende Personal.
Pros:

Fantastischer Lage direkt am Waldrand.
Der Eingang des Hotels liegt sehr schön gelegen über eine große Terrasse das Personal war besonders freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung, das Mobilar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Es ist nicht optimal gelöst, dass der Kinderbereich im Untergeschoss direkt im Treppenauge liegt.
Man hört dies im gesamten Treppenhaus bis in die oberen Etagen.
