神経質な方は冷蔵庫や換気扇の音など気になるかもしれませんが、フロントにて耳栓が貰えます

目の前にメガドン・キホーテがあり、買い出しがしやすく良かったです。
掛け布団に血のようなものが付着しており、交換をお願いしましたが、謝罪より前に「クリーニングと消毒はしておりますので！」「お客様のお身体には触れない部分だと思いますのでそのままご利用下さい」と言われました。
何処の部分に付着していたかは話しておらず、確認するわけでもなく。「他の布団はクリーニングに出している為交換出来ない。更に満室で交換する布団が無い」と説明は受けました。最後に謝罪もしていただき、正直嫌ではありましたが、その汚れ部分が身体に当たらないように裏返すなどして使用しました。無い物は仕方ないことではありますが、せめて確認だけでもしていただきたかったです。宿泊料が安価で周辺施設も充実しておりとても良かったのですが、その部分だけは残念な気持ちになりました。
