A really excellent get-away for my wife and me. Everything was really good.
We had a fantastic weekend stay here for my husbands birthday, room has so many features to make your stay comfortable & has an incredible view. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay with accommodating a last minute group booking at the tasting pavillion! We also highly recommend booking at the Vale Restaurant and Bar, lovely food and drinks.
We can't wait to come back!

A shelf to put toiletries on in the bathroom would be appreciated as it’s a very large basin!
The car park space outside our accommodation flooded.
There was a function being held, so unable to do a wine tasting and walk back to our room.

Very comfortable suite with lovely vineyard view. Very well equiped kitchen with coffee machine. Good outdoor BBQ.
Very small fridge. A self contained suite should have a proper fridge.
The accommodation was lovely. Very private and comfortable. The view from the lounge was fantastic! The bathroom was perfect! Hot shower and a big deep bath. We didn't use the plunge pool as it was too cold outside.
I loved the seated 'make up' area, although the lighting could be better there. I had to finish my make up in the main bathroom for the lighting. The bed is the same as we have at home so that was nice to have a comfortable bed to relax in and watch some tv. The flame heater in the lounge was a lovely touch at night to set the mood.
Loved the complimentary drive to and from the Vale restaurant, so we could drink without driving.
As mentioned previously, additional lighting in the seated make-up area would be good.
Also, the lounge suite is quite low making it harder for us 'oldies' to sit on and get off. It was comfortable once seated, however.
Quality of accomodation and location - A grade.
Restaurant was just OK (food good but atmosphere so so, and the poor waitress run off her feet). Also - the size of the bed could be bigger too match the quality of the accom.
Stunning vineyard view. Bird sounds. Peaceful. Very neat and clean and comfortable
The accommodation has obviously been designed with a great deal of thought. It was such a pleasant surprise. The gardens have been maintained to a very high standard adding to the beautiful ambiance of the winery.
It was a shame we couldn't stay longer!
The view out of the bedroom window was of the vineyard and it was a beautiful setting.
