Always a great experience at this hotel in NOLA. The staff are great and entertainment at the bar in the evening was amazing!
Our room was not ready on time, which was very frustrating because we were celebrating a 75th birthday so we were very rushed and ended up missing our dinner reservation. They did comp us two drinks but didn’t really make up for the I convenience of waiting for hours in the lobby.
Very good location in the French Quarter, friendly staff, fine hotel parking facilities with valet, room and bathroom were comfortable, complementary bottles of water were offered.
The room was a little small. Although convenient enough for us, couples with heavy luggage might miss some space.
Location. Staff is very friendly. Nice property
All good
Perfect location. Could easily walk to the venue or street car & easily visit everywhere we were interested in seeing. They provide unlimited bottled water at the front desk, that was very appreciated. The hotel breakfast was delicious and very affordable. Loved the wait staff both mornings we ate there. Over all a very lovely stay.
We were a party of 3 and were disappointed that we were not provided a third bed. The room was pretty basic, bed was soft and very small. They were not able to switch our room or provide a roll away. I did book originally for 2, then contacted the hotel by email several months prior that we would be a party of 3. The bell man voiced surprise we did not have a room with a pull out couch - which would have been perfect. Over the phone prior to our arrival when I attempted to upgrade - I was offered a suite at $1000 more for 4 nights - that room type was not within our budget. Our room type with the couch would have made the stay perfect.
The room was very nice! The location was in the center of everything! The Carousel Bar & Lounge is the main attraction and is an experience not to be missed.
We had no complaints during our stay. This was a special occasion and so knew the price per night was higher than we usually pay. This means we will most likely not be staying here again. But for no other reason except price.
The hotel is a beautiful space. The staff was very friendly. The location is located in the middle of the French Quarter and next to Walgreens. The shower was amazing and the bed and linens were very comfortable.
Parking is expensive and takes a little while to get your car.
the old hotel rooms where terrible, we upgraded to the new section which was great.
They must decide if they want to be a cruise liner hotel as we could not get into the hotel facility's like the bar,
restaurant etc. In fact they closed the bar and restaurant area for a cruise function from 4pm till 9pm. on our last
night.... that is unacceptable as there are no other facility's in the hotel, so what are you paying for ?
Everything, helpful, professional, friendly, lovely pool and beignets for breakfast to die for. Room small and a little old fashioned but the location, just off Bourbon Street, but actually on Royal Street is absolutely spot on.
Small room but really not an issue as other than sleeping, you are out and about in New Orleans, which is a fabulous city.
Todo, solo las camas un poco pequeñas y el colchón demasiado blandito
Solo las camas un poco pequeñas
Location, friendly staff!, especially Kathy and Michael at the Creole restaurant for breakfast( super efficient and it felt like home for 4 mornings. )
The property is extremely beautiful. So luxurious and an incredible stay.
Lovely historic hotel. Great location on Royal Street in the French Quarter. Staff was very helpful. The Carousel Bar was packed all the time. Excellent stay.
I love the location, and everything this hotel has to offer! Very good breakfast at Criollos restaurant downstairs and the lovely carousel bar and sitting area to visit while you enjoy your drinks and appetizers
