Super hotel
Pros:

Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Parkplatz da was gut ist da es mitten in der Stadt liegt. Netflix auf dem Fernseher. Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Sehr moderne Einrichtung

Das Hotel ist in fünf Gehminuten oder mit dem Bus schnell zu erreichen. Es liegt in direkter Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und bis zum Rhein sind es ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist im Hotel – Preis inbegriffen und ist abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt über keine durchgehend geöffnete Rezeption. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein und beengt, ebenso das Bad. Auch fehlten im Bad Ablage – Möglichkeiten und der Duschkopf von der Hand – Brause ließ sich nicht feststellen. Beim TV waren maximal zehn Kanäle empfangbar, davon ein Großteil Shopping – Kanäle, Bibel – TV. Wir haben das beim Frühstück angesprochen, es wurde damit begründet, dann hätten wahrscheinlich die vorigen Gäste irgendwas verstellt. Ich erwarte aber bei einem Hotel, dass das kontrolliert wird. Es war weder ARD noch ZDF abrufbar, ständig bekam man die Mitteilung Kanal verschlüsselt.
Das Personal ist zwar insgesamt nett, was ich aber keinen guten Service fand: wir hatten bis zu unserer Abreise am Nachmittag unsere Koffer an der Rezeption hinterlegen können, was ja grundsätzlich nett ist. Ich habe dann noch einmal gefragt, ob ich noch mal kurz die Toilette benutzen könnte. Das wurde abgelehnt. Mit der Begründung, der Schlüssel wäre gerade nicht vorhanden und alle anderen Hotelzimmer wären gerade belegt. Guter Service sieht ehrlich gesagt anders aus. Bei einer Übernachtung ist das Hotel insgesamt okay, längerfristig würde ich aber dort nicht übernachten.

Het verblijf was geweldig,

Het ontbijt was heerlijk & aan veel producten gedacht.
Allerlei soorten brood / kaas / fruit etc etc.
De kamer was ruim & comfortabel. Gewoon aangenaam.

Cons:

Enige minpuntje was het parkeren n.l. Iets te klein voor onze auto omdat we een Ski-koffer op het dak hadden.
En het parkeren was exclusief.
Verder was de Locatie helemaal prima.

Das Frühstück war sonst gut, aber leider sind die Nature-Joghurtzubereitungen nachträglich wärmebehandelt und damit ohne lebende aktive Joghurtbakterien.
