Grossartige, sehr persönlich geführte Unterkunft. Fantastische Lage. Unglaublicher Blick auf den Alqueva-See. Stilvolle Einrichtung, tolles Design. Viel Platz. Ruhig. Herrliche Spaziergänge am See entlang, nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Schöner Infinity-Pool. Gutes Essen. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Cons:

Espresso in der Honesty-Bar ist mit 2.50 Euro zu teuer.

Da localização, da piscina, do quarto.

Cons:

O restaurante, pontualmente encontrava se encerrado,. Tudo o que seja de atividades (jacuzzi) são extra e não estão incluídos no pacote inicialmente pago, que por si só já é de valor considerável.

Da decoração dos quartos e das zonas comuns, da localização e da vista maravilhosa sobre o Alqueva. O quarto era confortável e a cama e almofadas também e todo o espaço era extremamente sossegado

Cons:

No primeiro dia o pequeno-almoço correu mal. Levaram muito tempo a repor as travessas vazias e tive de pedir varias vezes café. Compreende se que não seja 100% buffet mas não pode demorar tanto tempo. No segundo dia já correu melhor

My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel - and would definitely return again.
Pros:

The Breakfast was EXCELLENT - the employees were EXCELLENT and very courteous. The food was presented very nicely and the omelets and eggs we asked for were very well prepared. The cappuccino coffee I ordered was so good. Looked forward to the breakfast every morning during our stay.

Cons:

The only things I would make a comment about - the pool and area was very nice - the view is beautiful. The only thing I think would be very helpful - would be to have a handrail of some kind to get into the pool and to help get out. I have a bit of a problem with one of my legs and I could have used a handrail for some support. I would think also for older guests would appreciate it also to get into the pool and out. Also I think there should have been more lighting at the area where you park the cars. Very dark at nightime. Could use maybe some solar lights that light up at nighttime to help with walking back to the hotel.

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade, sobretudo de produtos regionais.
O pequeno almoço é servido até às 11h, mo segundo dia da nossa estadia chegámos às 10h e estivemos mais de 10 minutos há espera para reporem fruta, iogurte, sumo, manteiga ... entretanto o sumo de laranja já tinha acabado. Num turismo desta categoria estas situações não são aceitáveis

Absolutely wonderful peaceful holiday spot
Pros:

Serene extremely well set up property in a lovely part of the Alentejo region close to the superb Monsaraz village. The suites are very comfortable and spacious with a wide porch where we took our morning coffee everyday watching the peaceful rural scenery before the heat and at night to admire the starry sky.
