Семейный отдых в Алматы в уютной обстановке.
Pros:

Уютно, по чистоте неплохо, принадлежности для ванной и завтрак.
Самый главный момент для меня был- это наличие раздельных кроватей для детей. Это просто прекрасно. Им уже 12 и 13 лет и спать вместе на раскладном диване, как предлагали остальные отели, они уже не хотят.
Плюс от центра всё недалеко. Хоть и ездили на такси, было недалеко и недорого.
Есть своя кухня, правда, посуды(кастрюль и сковородки нет), есть стаканы, кружки, чай, ложки, вилки.
Могли заказать еду в номер.
Что завтрак сделали в столовой очень удобно, так как режим у всех разный. Кто-то ходил в 8 кушать, а кто-то ещё спал. Забирали завтрак с собой в номер.
Есть холодильник. Это супер.
Есть чайник.
Можно постирать вещи, услуга стоила на момент проживания 5000. Это замечательно.
Магазин,даже минимаркет, очень недалеко от гостиницы. Так что пешком и всё есть.
Очень милый и вежливый персонал, который решал вопросы, если они возникали.
В целом, я осталась довольна выбранным местом. Оправдал ожидания, спасибо 🌺

Cons:

Нет связи с ресепшн, если что-то надо, то идти постоянно на 1 этаж.
По завтраку есть небольшие недочёты, в 1 день только соответствует фото, а остальные дни чего-то не было, что-то забывали.
Шкаф неудобный для семьи. Тумбочек нет. Вещи так и стояли в сумке.
Нет сушилки, чтобы повесить полотенце ( нас было 4 человека, все помылись и куда их? После аквапарка купальники и полотенца?)
Уборка делается в номере только если просишь, оказывается и оставлять ключ на вахте. При заселении это не говорилось.
Посуда, наверное, тоже есть либо платно, либо по запросу, мы не спрашивали.
Воду, чай, сахар дали только при заселении, а так только на завтраке либо стакан сока, либо чай.

Все было великолепно. Очень тихо уютно чистая постель полотенца. Завтрак прекрасный, очень вкусно и сытно. Номера удобные. Оборудование всем необходимым.
