Pictures of the hotel are deceiving, they looked like the hotel was in front of the lake with a beautiful view, but is not. They have a private small spot 5-6 minutes walk on the beach. We requested additional pillows for medical reasons, we were charged for them. The shower was extra small. The paid parking area is hard to get to it, involves several stairs. We paid for the hotel the day we booked 6 months in advance here at Booking and they were charging us when we checked out, thankfully they found our payment...

Great hotel, fab location.
Pros:

Great central location, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Also used the lakeside garden and the fact they had paddle boards to use was a bonus.

Cons:

No air con, which you expect from an old property but it was quite warm. They did provide a fan when requested.

It was beautiful! What I describe about Hotel Zimmerbrau can not be even be close to how the actual property is. Original traditional wooden Austrian house, with balconies at each room at the front. Well managed, all renovated inside, beautifully decorated, Feel of beautiful Austrian traditional wooden house but everything was new inside yet classy; shower,toilet, windows, desk, closet….even lamps. Table at the balcony was cute and small yet very functional n , to me, want to have one kind.
Each balcony was decorated with flowers.
People grow flowers and hang them at their porch and etc but it was different, just all well fit in and beautiful.
The view from my room was postcard like; streets, mountains, roof of other houses and the lake. My room was 318.

早餐很好吃，如果要訂湖景房建議要至少4樓以上樓層才有機會看到。飯店擁有私人觀景區域且可以使用水上設施非常棒！飯店每位員工與老闆都讓人有回家的感覺，而不是只是住宿的飯店

飯店的員工與老闆都很友善，住宿地點機能優越，有私人觀景湖的區域還有免費設施使用。早餐連住三晚都有變化，另外住在這裡還有提供聖沃夫岡卡有很多優惠與免費到薩爾斯堡的公車使用搭乘

Cons:

其實都很滿意，唯一只有一點我在booking.com的訂房是為湖景房，但因網站描述翻譯問題，我到了現場發現房間是面向湖景位置，但是因建築物遮蔽而無法看到湖景的房間。但跟老闆溝通後他們釋出非常好的善意與關心，也解釋了房型的確是面向湖面，但booking.com訂房網的描述造成我們誤會他們也表達了歉意。

We hadden speciaal een kamer met uitzicht op het meer geboekt. In werkelijkheid zagen we slechts door een heel klein stukje tussen de gebouwen iets van het meer; de rest van het uitzicht bestond uit gebouwen. We hebben dit aangegeven, maar volgens de medewerkster kon zij hier niets aan doen. Er werd geen oplossing aangeboden.

Ook hadden we vooraf een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en betaald, maar aan het einde van ons verblijf kregen we alsnog een extra rekening van €91 voor parkeerkosten. Dit vonden we erg onduidelijk.

Voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse is er verder weinig te doen en is de service beperkt. Het aanbod aan eten en drinken is klein. Alleen tussen 14.00 en 16.00 uur kun je koffie of espresso uit een automaat halen; zelfs een cappuccino is niet verkrijgbaar. Eenmalig kregen we twee flesjes water, maar de rest van het verblijf ben je voor drinken en snacks op jezelf aangewezen.

Op het balkon waren ontzettend veel wespen: werkelijk overal en voortdurend. Hierdoor konden we in de zomer nauwelijks rustig buiten zitten en was het balkon praktisch onbruikbaar.

Ook de schoonmaak van de kamer was matig en onbetrouwbaar. Soms werd er oppervlakkig of helemaal niet schoongemaakt. Eén keer hebben we een hele dag moeten wachten op schoon beddengoed en andere benodigdheden.

Voor de hoge prijs hadden we veel meer service, comfort, netheid en gastvrijheid verwacht. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel ons erg tegen.

Absolutely and amazing place to stay
Pros:

The position was superb and the staff could not be faulted. We travelled all around the area and this was definitely the place that we would be back to rather than any of the other villagers we traveled to.

Cons:

No air conditioning but you could live with that with the balcony open
