Pros:

Attention! Scammers. Do not book accommodation! I paid for everything. Arrived and everything is not true! Dirty, damp. There is a dump on the street. Booking.com helped me get my money back for the reservation but the owner did not return anything! Scammers

Creepy area, worst location, didnt recive right information to get in, beds with the worst quality, one of them was broken, no soap or toilate paper, too expensive for what they ate offering, if you pay 20 euros more you ll get a better room in a 3-4 stars hotel. I will not even use booking anymore, they should ban such hotels or appartements

Schlechte Erfahrung, für Familien nicht empfehlenswert.
Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer als Familien-Apartment angemietet, allerdings ist die Wohnung ausgerichtet zur Vermietung an Montagekräfte. Zudem haben wir eine Stinde vor Ankunft eine Nachricht erhalten man müsse uns in eine andere Unterkunft umbuchen, wegen einer defekten Heizung. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war vor lauter Baustelle nicht verfügbar. Bei der neu zugewiesenen Unterkunft, war der Parkplatz auf der Straße. Feierabend feiernde Montagearbeiter saßen vor der Unterkunft mit einem Kasten Bier, nicht besonders familienfreundlich. Auf Bitte zu stornieren, gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Für Montagetrupps vielleicht geeignet, aber definitiv nichts für Familien, wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben.

Pros:

Günstiges Zimmer in neu renovierter Wohnung im 1. OG ; Küche und Bad ebenfalls neu .
Nette Mit-Mieter, die mir nachts um 1.00 Uhr geholfen haben : TOP.

Cons:

Nachts war die Haustür zu, die nachmittags offen war ; und kein Hausschlüssel für diese Tür am Schlüsselbund

Nicht fertig renovierte Wohnung und es wurden Angaben gemacht die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen.
Cons:

Das Apartment wurde reingesetzt bevor es fertig gestellt wurde. Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine und angeschlossener TV fehlen obwohl sie als vorhanden in der Beschreibung stehen. Die Wohnung ist mit dem billigsten Materialien zusammengeknorzt worden und Fenster und Türen lassen sich kaum öffnen, da alles schief zusammengebaut wurde. Selbst der Schlüssel blieb im Schlüsselloch stecken.
