Easy self-check in and out. Spacious bedroom, with comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Clean facilities (except very dusty dresser mirror). Views from room over the ocean (but cloud obscured the aurora australis).
The keypad on the front door entry can be tricky (as mentioned in previous reviews). While initial entry was easy, this was not the case when I returned in the evening after dark from buying dinner. The keypad would not oblige, and I was locked out until I managed to alert another guest downstairs who heard my knocking on the front door. Perhaps a sign with a contact phone number attached to the door might be helpful. I've never encountered tricky keypads before, but this one is not your standard design.

The room was comfortable and clean, plus the bathroom had an excellent shower.
No issues at all.
Bed was comfy and the heater was good in the hall and bedroom. Shower very good. Kitchen had most things you need.
Linen clean but had a lot of hairs on the bed and duvet. Toilet and kitchen wasn't that clean, the place in general tidy but a little dated.
Huge and luxurious room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. The shower faucet is a bit strange. And the divided faucets are less convenient. Nice little kitchen. Street with convenient parking. very clean.

I like everything in there. Good view and good house. I was very happy with them service.
The bed was comfortable and linen clean and fresh. It was warm when the heat pump was on..There was a desk in the bedroom suitable for using a laptop.
No off street parking, parking on street very limited. It would have been very challenging in a rainy day. There was no light in the entrance way so difficult to see the electronic numbers on the door code. The office chair at the bedroom desk was not adjustable so too low for me to use.The kitchen benches were covered with other people's food/vegetables, pots of cooked food, not clean. The stairs down to the bedrooms on the lower level were difficult with a large suitcase.The property seems unloved and needs refurbishing and to be thoroughly cleaned. The photo does not give an accurate impression of the property.
