great stay for four nights. close to accommodation with great amenities and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff member who checked us in was great. When we discovered our room did not have a washing machine, she wasted no time in organising us another room. She also gave us a car space and room location that were disability friendly as my partner uses a walking stick. The pool (heated) was also great. The apartment was clean, well appointed and meet our expectations.

If you need nothing - great. Otherwise, you will be left in the lurch.
Pros:

Our request for x2 singles was great.
The studio aspect was also welcome - fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
Pool, spa, and sauna were working.
Our key cards worked.

Cons:

We needed extra towels for the pool. I called reception twice, once from the hotel phone and once from my mobile. When I rang my mobile, it rang out. No one ever picked up the call I made from the hotel phone, it just rang and rang. The information provided said to call reception for towels, not housekeeping. Extra towels should be kept at the pool area, or pick up the phone to provide the service.

Great location , good having kitchen and laundry facilities in room

Cons:

No internet connection wifi on TVs bed was two king singles joined together and pillows average . Other then that for the location and what not it’s good value

A welcome night's rest after long haul flight.
Pros:

Lots of space, kitchen and laundry, comfy bed, great location across the road from the Interchange. Loved having the lap pool and fitness centre.

Not quite what I expected of a Mantra property (a bit tired)
Pros:

Staff were excellent - from check-in through to check-out. Went out of their way to accommodate requests, and always with a smile. Location also excellent, right opposite the transport interchange where there are many shops. Room was a good size too.

Cons:

Perhaps it was just the room I was allocated, which was on Level 1, but it did not meet the standard I would usually expect from a Mantra property. The room felt quite tired, with several things not working properly.

The bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and the shower was positioned over a small bath with only a narrow glass partition near the tap end and no shower curtain. As a result, water went all over the bathroom floor each time the shower was used. The water pressure was also consistently low, regardless of the time of day.

The room was cold, and adjusting the old-style air-conditioning control up to the maximum temperature of 28 degrees did not seem to make any difference. Although the large balcony door let in natural light, it looked directly into neighbouring offices, so the curtains needed to stay closed for privacy. Combined with the dim room lighting, this made the room feel quite dark and cold.

One of the bedside lamps also had a faulty on/off button. It was still usable because a separate switch appeared to have been added as a workaround, but for a Mantra property I would have expected the lamp to be properly replaced rather than patched up.

Can’t accept the dirty sheet

issues with access to their car park with the pass not working but staff were very easy with opening each time.

There was no room.serbive, linen and towels weren't changed. Upon enquiry I was advised that I needed to request room service. They did give me a change of linen and towels, but left me to deal with them

Pros:

The bedroom appt size was good, large bathroom,bedroom, kitchen & lounge area. Was overall pleasant. Undercover parking. Was overall cleaned and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Noisy fan coming from kitchen ceiling, a staff member came to have a look but didn't know why it was noisy. Hard to sleep in the sofa bed lounge area. Business Building straight in front just few meters away from windows/ balcony so the appt looked dark and had to put blind all the time. No fan in bathroom so it gets very steamy. Noisy outdoor environment made it hard to sleep even with soundproofing.

Some of the amenities were dusty, the bathroom tap was dripping, the soaps were empty or too hard to squeeze!

Excellent over all
Pros:

I was only there for a few hours as my colleague became very ill and had get medical help. As I’d come up from Nowra I didn’t stay and returned home. Sadly but every experience was excellent. Thanks
