Pros:

We stayed in a unit at the back of the pub in a small gated complex.Lovely space for our overnight stop, awesome ensuite, well decorated and space outside room to sit if desired.
Ate dinner at the pub, catered for glutenfree and vegan although great country pub style meals.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent for 1 or 2 nights. The meals were terrific
Pros:

Very clean, neat & well presented.
Bathroom was very clean, veranda was very inviting with beautiful chairs & greenery.

Cons:

Rooms were a little too small , but that’s ok .

The hotel has been beautifully restored, amazing number of staff who were all friendly and did an excellent job Loki g a

Good location, very clean and great staff. The whole place is exceptionally good and the renovations are excellent.

Cons:

We stayed in the lovely cabins behind the hotel but unfortunately the bed was way too small for us. Other than that definitely no complaints.

We enjoy our short stays in this historic hotel when we are in Goondiwindi.
Pros:

It’s comfortable, convenient and good value for money for our short stays in Goondiwindi when we don’t bring the campervan. The team are always very friendly and attentive to any needs that arise.

Cons:

The mattress is softer than I prefer but I can sleep well as it’s very quiet and comfortable. (It’s hollowed out quite a bit on the side nearest the verandah).

Wouldn’t stay upstairs in the hotel but would try other seperate accomodation
Pros:

Beautifully renovated,modern and really inviting. Great size menu and Pork Bao buns were delicious.

Cons:

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, room surroundings were loud. For the price a TV in the room would have been good. One of our meals (Barramundi) was $32 and small for the price.

Happy with our stay and we will continue to stay when we are in town for a short stop.
Pros:

Lovely location and good amenities. We stay here regularly for a night or two at a time. Safe, comfortable and everything we could need. The shared bathrooms are clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I prefer a very firm mattress but was still able to get a good night's sleep even though the mattress is softer than I prefer.

Great hotel. Well worth a stay
Pros:

Great place. Had a single room which was ideal because I was single. Clean and central. Great hotel. Staff, facilities and food were all great
