Important information:

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.

In the mid-season (May/June and October) the elevator to the village center may have limited use.

There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Matterhorn Blick
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Matterhorn – bei gutem Wetter ein echtes Highlight.
Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich, und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Besonders praktisch ist der Lift vom Dorf Zermatt, der den etwas abenteuerlichen Zugang deutlich angenehmer macht und einen anstrengenden Aufstieg erspart – gerade mit Gepäck ein großer Vorteil.
Insgesamt: Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Matterhorn-Blick, gutem Frühstück, freundlichem Personal und einer cleveren Liftanbindung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

There is a small lift! Breakfast is provided! Theres an indoor area that I can sit with my dog at for breakfast! There’s also a nice sauna and pool that I didn’t use.

Cons:

The location is not amazing if you are leaving/arriving at your hotel past 6pm. The lift from Zermatt station doesn’t work past that time. I arrived in zermatt at 12am and hiked up the rocky roads with my luggage and dog in tow.

La literie est très confortable.
Le personnel fut de très bon conseil
À l’écart du centre ville (assez agité) mais le centre reste très facilement accessible grâce à l’ascenseur partagé.
Gamelle et tapis à disposition dans la chambre pour ma chienne
