Important information:

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.

In the mid-season (May/June and October) the elevator to the village center may have limited use.

There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgestattet.
Der Blick auf das Matterhorn war imposant...trotz des Baukrans in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Schwimmbad und Whirlpool waren toll nach einer langen Wanderung.
Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit.

火車站有神奇的聯絡公共電話,接送飯店速度跟服務非常的好，房間也比預期中的好,唯一不好的地方就是工程架擋住了馬特洪峰，但飯店有提前通知,服務人員也非常的好,也非常喜歡飯店提供上下山使用的秘密通道,如果有機會再訪,我會再次選擇

Pros:

Had 3rd floor room and the location to view the Matterhorn, even though there is a construction crane that is building a hotel nearby. Very clean with great staff!! The light breakfast was very good as well as the pool and hot tub. Easy to get town using the hotel tunnel. Call ahead and use the complimentary shuttle from/to the train station.

Cons:

No complaints.

マッターホルンを眺められるいい部屋
Pros:

高台にあるため、マッターホルンを綺麗にみることができる。2026年6月末時点で、目の前に工事用クレーンがあるが、少し横にずれているので、気にならなかった。
また、ツェルマット駅に10分で行ける。高台からは、隣のホテルのエレベーターを使うことができ、スーパーに行く時などとても重宝した。

兩年前住過景觀很棒，躺在床上可以看到馬特洪峰，這次訂之前其實知道隔壁剛好在蓋房子，會有起重機擋住馬特洪峰，訂房時飯店有圖片提醒，雖然如此還是定了，果然起重機完美擋住馬特洪峰，但因為早就知道了所以不以為意，只覺得很好笑，也是期間限定的特殊經驗~

飯店位置不太需要再走去觀景點了，飯店位置已經很高了，飯店前一段路風景也很好拍，飯店旁邊有電梯可以直達山下，回飯店只需按隧道門鈴，跟他說你是alpenroyal的旅客就會幫你開了。入住跟退房都有免費接駁電車，但要在服務時間內，搭乘接駁車不用自己提行李上來很棒

Cons:

好像有兩棟，裡面那棟沒電梯，剛好住到比較裡面的，還好才搬兩層。早餐如果有熱食就好了

We would stay here again if we get back to Zermatt.
Pros:

Loved the location. A major bonus when you are minutes away from the heart of the city. Loved the view of Matterhorn and the delicious breakfast. But loved the spa area!!

Cons:

The crane - however the bow you had of the Matterhorn was still good. And everything else made up for it.

a memorable experience in Zermatt
Pros:

the view of the room facing Matterhorn was amazing. the room was very spacious and well-equipped for our family (three travellers). there was ample space for us to sit and enjoy the view. the buffet breakfast had a variety of local delicacies. the staff on-sites were friendly and always ready to answer questions. most importantly, when we experienced power loss - staff member responded to it very quickly. the indoor pool spa and sauna were very pleasant. we had a huge balcony with an amazing view.

Cons:

construction nearby that obscured partially the view of the matterhorn (this was communicated in advance by the hotel though) and some may find getting to the main street is a bit of a walk (through passages)

Pros:

Very good pool, clean rooms and very nice staff.

Cons:

The furniture in the room are quite old, the whole feeling of the hotel is a bit old. But it was still super nice!
