Important information:

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.

In the mid-season (May/June and October) the elevator to the village center may have limited use.

There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Great views of the Matterhorn, spacious room, good breakfast and proximity to Sunnega funicular by using the elevator which is located near the hotel. By using the passage and elevator in front of the hotel the walking distance to the village is 5min .Hotels transfer to and from the train station with their electric mini van

Pros:

الطاقم مساعد، موقع الفندق ممتاز طريقة الصعود سهلة هناك نفق في اسفل الجبل ثم مصعد قريب للفندق، نظافة جيده جدا.

Cons:

الافطار غير غني كونتيننتل، المسبح مياة غير ساخنة على الرغم ذكر انها ساخنة، الساونا غير عاملة كل الوقت يجب طلب مسبق قبل بيوم وتحديد الساعة.

Agréable séjour à Zermatt et avec le beau temps !
Pros:

Situation calme, avec vue. Ascenseur pour rejoindre le centre de Zermatt très pratique, à 5 mn de la gare et de la rue principale. Grand balcon au sud.
Bon petit déjeuner. Avions réservé deux chambres et une à été upgradée gracieusement, merci.
Décor très chalet suisse !

Cons:

Un petit réfrigérateur manque.
De petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre pourraient être mises à disposition chaque jour et pas seulement le premier soir ...
