Important information:

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.

In the mid-season (May/June and October) the elevator to the village center may have limited use.

There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hôtel calme et agréable
Pros:

* Bon accueil, personnel sympathique
* Emplacement idéal avec un passage privé pour aller directement au centre sans efforts
* Petit déjeuner exceptionnel
* Bar très sympa ainsi que le barman

Cons:

* même si la vue sur le mont saint Cervin était gâché par une grue (temporaire), le vis à vis de la chambre avec balcon n’est pas top (un prix remisé aurait été bienvenu)
* prix du bar un peu cher pour les clients de l’hôtel

Amazing!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly attentive. We checked out early so they made breakfast bags to go for us! I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will stay he again in the future.

Cons:

Odore strano nella stanza. Credo che era il sudore. Si è sentito appena siamo entrati.
Poi per via delle costruzioni in corso non si poteva godere la vista. Ma quello non dipende dall'albergo
