El entorno

Cons:

Han cambiado de dueño y le dan más importancia a las celebraciones que a los huéspedes. Con 39° un 20 de Junio sin piscina. Quisimos tomar algo en la terraza y uno de los empleados nos quería poner dentro porque tenían reservas del exterior.
Había una celebración y tuvimos música en la habitación hasta la 1:30 de la madrugada.
Los precios son más altos que antes.
No hay teléfono en la habitación, quisimos pedir otra almohada y tuvimos que subir a recepción

Een fijn hotel met een paar mankementen.
Pros:

Wij hadden half pension in dit hote. Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten waren uitstekend. Voor het 3 gangen diner waren er voor alle drie de gangen 2 keuzes en het eten was van prima kwaliteit. Het hotel ligt prima om Granada te gaan bekijken. Verder ligt het ook centraal om de Sierra Nevada bergen te bezoeken.

Cons:

We hadden een beetje een smal 2 persoons bed. De kamer die we hadden had een ligbad. Wij zijn alle twee senioren en vinden een ligbad niet prettig. Het is een glibberige bedoeling om er in en uit te klimmen met het risico dat je valt. Verder deed de koelkast op onze kamer het niet. Dat hebben we gemeld aan de eigenaar maar toen we die middag terug in het hotel kwamen deed die koelkast het nog niet. We hebben dat verder maar zo gelaten omdat we de volgende ochtend vertrokken.

Cons:

Scarico della doccia non molto funzionante con conseguente cattivo odore, aria condizionata non regolabile. In più alla reception hanno per forza voluto i dati della mia card e così ho trovato che l'addebito è stato effettuato 2 volte, 1 da me con booking ed una presso l'hotel, anche se da me non autorizzato. Ed ora dovrò contattare il servizio clienti per il rimborso

We waren hier enkele dagen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima. Geen buffet, maar heerlijk uitgeserveerd aan tafel. Voor een hotel was het diner uitzonderlijk goed. Er werd veel aandacht aan besteed en de gerechten waren heerlijk. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wij hadden uitzicht op de bergen. Er kwamen gedurende de dag veel lokale gasten, dus het hotel leek ook voor de bewoners in de buurt een welkome plek om elkaar te ontmoeten. Kortom, we hebben een paar geweldige dagen gehad.
