Pros:

Very stylish small hotel away from busy streets. Good service and beautiful executive suite rooms, that are spacious, clean and great bedding. Boutique style with walled gardened pool

Cons:

The comfort suite was rather small, the bedding and bed unfortunately wasn't comfortable and the floor on moving in wasn't clean, there were ants in the room and on the bed (which can't be helped) and as soon as we altered staff to this and the floor they sorted it out straight away and were very apologetic

The location was very good, 5 min walk to the bus station. The room we stayed in was very spacious, we had two king sized beds for two person.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the palazzo violetta. Our room 403 was lovely and spacious with a huge balcony and included everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and lovely bed linen. The black out curtains were a godsend and helped us sleep well. The air-conditioning and fan were also very welcomed as it was much hotter than expected for September. We had breakfast on 2 of the 4 days. While there wasn't a great selection the food was tasty and topped up regularly. Staff were pleasant and helpful but scarce in the evenings and at times we waited a while for drinks service but it was fine and I totally accept that it's not feasible to staff an area continuously with few guests using the area later in the evening.

Cons:

The rooms with large balconies should have a shaded area / parasol as we would've used the space more if there was some shade available but it was so hot we couldn't stay out for long in the full sun.

The wardrobe wasnt tall enough to hang long dresses so a hook on the back of the door would've been useful.

The cleaning staff always wanted to be in our room really early in the morning when we were getting dressed or had just returned from breakfast and on one day one of them showed frustration when I ask them to come back a bit later. I appreciate there is a do not disturb hanger and maybe in hindsight we should have used that each day but it would have been helpful to know the times the cleaning team work as I've not stayed anywhere where the rooms are cleaned so early so including that in a welcome letter would have been helpful.

A courteousy room would have been useful as there are no showers available other than those outdoors around the pool and we would've appreciated this facility having a flight later in the evening. The staff were happy to keep our bags and the toilets in the restaurant are large enough to get changed in but a private space to get showered and changed would've been appreciated. We did extend our room by 2hrs at 20 euros per hour and were offered another room but that was chargeable at a full nights rate and as we were leaving for the airport at 5pm it didn't warrant the expense.

Soggiorno confortevole
Pros:

Ottima posizione, molto centrale nel quartiere, pressoché vicina al lungomare di Sliema. Stanza confortevole e tranquilla.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la stanza dove soggiornavo io fosse staccata dalla sede centrale, e quindi il servizio come la piscina era un po fuori mano. Inoltre la piscina un po piccola e profonda , con poche sdraio. In generale un bel posto, pulito e accogliente. Questo non toglie che ci siamo trovati bene comunque!

Lovely small boutique hotel in a good location for exploring Sliema
Pros:

Very clean & friendly Staff .
Lovely small pool
Great location but for us the weather was too hot to explore

Cons:

Bar area / breakfast room was altogether and a little cramped . Not cosy enough in our opinion to have a drink in the evening .
Wardrobe was quite small if staying longer than a week .
Very annoying /loud dog that started at 6am for 15 mins every day

Excellent stay, go with a partner or friend and enjoy Malta
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here with my partner, it stay was great.
The cleanliness is what you expect from a great hotel, everyday our room was spotless, the pool is small but it has great sunlight at certain points in the day and I really enjoyed the location, an easy walk to the harbours and easily able to get to where ever you need including st julians / Valletta

Staff were all lovely and very friendly with accommodating requests. Lunches were superb as well, highly recommend the club sandwich which I went back for three times.

Cons:

We had initially paid for the breakfast everyday but upon review it didn't quite meet our expectations for £15 pp. However, this was refunded for the remaining stay after request. There just wasn't much option and I feel I have seen the same breakfast at other hotels for a third of the price.

Pros:

Great location but our executive suite was right in front of reception on the ground floor and we could hear people coming in and out all night.

Cons:

Wi-Fi didn’t work in room and ac didn’t work- with a low temp set all night long the temp didn’t go down at all and everyone sweated all night. The staff just gas lighted us telling us it works fine.

Cordialità e anche professionalità dello staff. Colazione la mattina.
WiFi e smart TV in camera con anche canali pay TV

Cons:

la posizione. è centrale ma lontano da tutto, inoltre essendo nella parte più alta i rientri a piedi sono faticosi.
Camera, piccola e buia (finestra su pozzo d'aria) non male se non fosse per l'assenza del comodino su un lato (per motivi di spazio) e la mancanza di prese di corrente. Bagno ok, grande anche se senza bidè.
La struttura è ristrutturata di recente e alcuni lavori non sono ancora terminati, con gli inconvenienti del caso.
Il "garage" è sinceramente improponibile, almeno finché non termineranno i lavori, ma anche dopo... Però in zona è quasi indispensabile

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The style of the hotel was very modern.

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof. I could hear the people on the level above and it woke me up (I’m a light sleeper anyway)
