Wonderful stay in a great location
Pros:

Highly original; wonderful setting; great helpful friendly staff.
We were offered a complimentary drink on arrival which was a nice, unexpected treat.

Absolutely amazing hotel 100% worth a visit!
Pros:

Our second time at this hotel, it's lovely. Everything is to such a high standard and very well thought out. Great location, lovely staff, amazing decor. Cant recommend enough for a special occasion.

Cons:

Only small downside is the bathroom doors arnt very private and there isn't a mirror apart from the bathroom mirror which makes getting ready when your partner is in the shower quite difficult. We've stayed before so i knew to bring my own mirror but for the price and the standard of the rest of the room/hotel it is a shame there isn't a full length mirror.

Stylish hotel, excellent base for exploring the town of Aberteifi/Cardigan, coast, and countryside.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, as was the dining room, and the manner in which it was laid out. Excellent location on the banks of Afon Teifi with a short walk across the footbridge, immediately adjacent, to the town. Great view frrom the bedroom. Decor was interesting and stylish. Outdoor terrace excellent for socialising next to the tidal river.

Cons:

The bedroom was small resulting in the double bed being pushed tight against the outside wall which meant that the second guest could not leave the bed without disturbing the other occupant. This was a major irritant and disturbed sleep patterns. In fairness the "quiet room" was compromised by the need to have windows open because of the weather and the noise emanating from the terrace below from revellers past midnight. Area around the wash hand basin could have been better lit.

Fantastic place
Pros:

Our room was fantastic, cozy, and beautifully laid out. Breakfast was also excellent—the Scandinavian spread was a delightful change from what we normally have, and something we would definitely consider again.

The rest of the hotel is beautifully decorated, and it is clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into the design. We will definitely look to book with you again the next time we visit Cardigan.

Charming, Comfortable and Welcoming - The Ideal Hotel Stay.
Pros:

The Albion is a lovely, charming and very comfortable place to stay. The rooms - indeed, the whole building (plus the Castle Inn next door) - are very well renovated and furnished, and the entire hotel is aesthetically very attractive. The Nordic breakfast was fulsome and wholesome, and the location of the hotel, directly across the river from the castle and the town, was perfect for witnessing the return of Rhys James after 850 years! Last but not at all least, the two people running it are lovely people - calm, friendly, warm, and thoroughly charming.

An enjoyable stay in a lovely location
Pros:

Lovely location next to the river and close to the castle and centre of town. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple, no hot food offered but it was nice.

Cons:

Staff were welcoming and helpful but the reception area was not staffed so we couldn't ask questions about the area/our stay.

A hidden gem
Pros:

We loved the place ,good breakfast ,very comfortable bed, the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and being next to the river added to that .We would definitely visit again.

Pros:

Great location, a short walk to downtown. Facilities were well appointed with a modern decor that works well with the 200+ year old stone structure . Breakfast had lots of variety and was very tasty
