soggiorno tranquillo, molto centrale rispetto a napoli centro
Pros:

ambiente bello, storico, pulito; personale cordiale preparato, colazione ottima! posizione centrale vista Duomo, museo di Caravaggio da non perdere!

Cons:

l'areazione del bagno non era tanto pulita, i profili della doccia di plastica si sono staccati, il resto tutto ok!

We managed to have a good time
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful. However Hotel was not 3.5 to 4 stars, the condition mostly one or two stars. and need the respond to this

Cons:

The room facilities were pretty poor and I think Booking .com has misrepresented the hotel. So I would demand a compassion for this and I hope you respond to my note. Thank you

Good price and good location for city but needs refurb and repairs
Pros:

Ideal location for exploring the city and a reasonable price per night

Cons:

Desperately needs a refurb, bathroom was old and in need of repairs, shower broken and drains blocked so drained very slowly, broken electrical sockets and very hard mattresses.

Zeer rommelig hotel dat absoluut de kwalificatie 'vier sterren' niet waarmaakt. Stopcontact kwam in zijn geheel uit de muur (gevaarlijk!), gehorig, slechts 2 flesjes water in de ijskast, geen koffievoorziening op de kamer .....

Goed gelegen basis hotel
Pros:

Goed gelegen in het historisch centrum. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Ontbijt was basis maar wel lekker en ook hier was men zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er waren wel wat mankementjes aan de kamer . Wc liep niet goed door, wc papier was op en ook de douche liep niet zo goed door.
Het bed was voor mij erg hard maar misschien vinden andere mensen dat fijn

Good value hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location perfect for historical centre and central train station. The staff were very nice and helpful. As a solo traveller felt comfortable. Unfortunately couldn’t make breakfast so can’t comment.
