Schöne ruhige Unterkunft in Strandnähe
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage und einem tollen Pool. Der Strand ist in nur ca. 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, außerdem gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Roller können direkt ausgeliehen werden. Die Villa ist einfach, aber schön ausgestattet und verfügt unter anderem über ein Moskitonetz.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der vom Hotel angebotene Scooter war für den Zustand (keine Spiegel, schlechte Bremsen) etwas teuer.

Pros:

Aesthetically, the place is beautiful and it’s in a good location for quiet holidays

Cons:

We felt the place was getting a little bit tired. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The water pressure and heat were not great. If you’re in a villa there is only one Kettle and save for two rooms which is hard if you go as a couple and are both needing the same facilities. Staff helped us hire carts to get around the island both carts where terrible , hard to steer, very little breaks and one broke down. Thankfully we were able to contact staff and get someone out to fix. Disappointed to find out on the last night that a lot of restaurants offer free shuttles which would have been handy to know on arrival. Instead we were getting cars to do drop off and pick up which adds up over the time.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.
Pros:

Location to Mushroom Bay was a very short walk.

Cons:

It wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing with all the concrete around. Not a lot of shade to sit outside. The pool was cold and not enjoyable to be in.

Good option in Mushroom Bay
Pros:

The main pool is beautiful and clean. Nice temperature. Lovely staff. Unfortunately we moved out after our first night due to the construction noise right behind our villa. The management warned us in advance and was super fast at giving our refund for the rest of our stay. The beach is nice for swimming too.

Cons:

Construction noise was awful but it was handled very professionally. Totally beyond their control. Thanks for being so good about it.

Extremely relaxing and perfect location.
Pros:

The service and location was amazing. The staff were so helpful and the pool was amazing.

Cons:

There was a rooster that woke us up at 4am each day. Also lots of bugs and a bit of a smell from toilet.

Perfect and so close to the beach!
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable and cute villa. The location was perfect, only a 30 second walk to the beach on Mushrooms Bay with plenty of cafes/restaurants all within walking distance. The staff at the villa were super helpful and friendly. I would come back and stay here again

Muy cómodo, piscina brutal y con un personal super servicial
Pros:

Está muy bien, es como en las fotos, no esperes más ni menos. El personal super agradable nos ayudaron en todo, a alquilar una moto, a organizarnos una excursión de un día a Nusa Penida, y todo super bien organizado!

Cons:

No tiene servicio de desayuno ni bebidas, hubiera estado bien ya que tienen una terraza agradable.

A tener en cuenta que el baño puede ser exterior (en nuestra habitación tipo cabaña lo era), aunque no nos supuso ningún problema.

Lovely villas in a great location
Pros:

Absolutely stunning villa - beautifully decorated and so clean. Really well maintained and the staff were really friendly and so helpful.
Lots of space and the two bedrooms had an interconnecting door which was brilliant travelling with a toddler.
The outside bathrooms were great - really big and well thought out.
Great location a few minutes walk from the beach and where the ferry docks. The staff met us off the ferry and helped us with our bags which we really appreciated.
There’s nowhere to eat at the villas (though do you have a kitchen and everything you need to cook) but there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food.

Cons:

There was construction right next to the property which was really noisy and went on all day. The manager was really helpful in trying to come to a solution with us though and we appreciated this.

Perfect location
Pros:

Beautiful architectural design. Incredible location right next to the best beach at Nusa Lembongan. Staff were incredibly helpful when it came to organising taxis and hire bikes. The public pool is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in.

Gevaarlijke situatie onderschat
Pros:

Ligging is goed, centraal tussen faciliteiten en dichtbij prachtige mushroom bay. Vriendelijke mensen op locatie.

Cons:

Twee dagen voor aankomst werd gesproken over bouw werkzaamheden. We konden 25 procent korting krijgen of annuleren. Wel vaker bouw op Bali meegemaakt, eigenlijk altijd binnen de perken gebleven, dus gekozen voor de korting. Bij aankomst was het lawaai van slijptollen op 4m afstand ondoenlijk en kwam er veel giftige lucht van ijzer en slijpsel vrij, wat gewoon ongezond en gevaarlijk is. Je hebt bouw overlast en gevaar voor de gezondheid. Ik dit geval had het management uit zichzelf moeten annuleren, onverantwoord. Dan hadden we 2d vantevoren ook gedoe gehad, maar nu moesten we na aankomst wat anders regelen. Het management heeft wel een poging gedaan, maar geen vergelijkbare locatie gevonden (1 eigen huis, aangezien we met 2 jonge kinderen reizen). Uiteindelijk zelf een betere plek gevonden.

Los van de overlast...wel.een uur op locatie geweest. De ruimte is buiten mooi qua zwembad. Slaapkamers groot en schoon. Maar alles is wel wat verouderd. Je hebt alleen buiten een beperkte keuken en een kleine bank om te zitten. Verder geen woonkamer. En buiten heb je dan geen stopcontacten of toegang tot het toilet. Niet handig als je kinderen slapen in de beide slaapkamers. Achteraf gezien blij dat de overlast er was en dat we voor een betere prijs een ruimer en moderner huis hebben kunnen vinden.

Perfect and peaceful stay!
Pros:

The staff is BRILLIANT!!! Friendly, helpful, always greeting us with a smile and super nice to our kids. The common pool is so peaceful and perfect, the location is the best literally 30seconds from the beach, a spa next to the villas, literally everything is close.

Cons:

We loved everything but the amount of chlorine on the little pool inside of the villa was too much.
