Pros:

I love that the person who is dealing with us is very accommodating and very flexible in our needs. The photos of the place are the same in actual. Well maintained inspite of other rooms in this building is infested of cockroaches, this room doesn't have it. Clean enough. Doesn't have too many rules to follow. The bed may not be really comfy enough especially for bigger people but I would say the organiser handling this unit did well so far.

I love the most is the convenience of location. Across the road is SM Megamall.

The price is not too bad. I like that it is not a bunk bed for the kids.

Cons:

Bed wasn't so comfy and my kids has sensitive skin and need softer sheets. But for the average people these would be enough.

Place was excellent. Host Susan was very kind and accompdating. Tried to fix problems on the place.
Pros:

Walking distance to the mall, dentist, massage and facial clinics. Clean place. Lots of towels, bed sheets and pillows.

Cons:

Roaches. Promised parking area but was not available. No hot water.

Exceptional
Pros:

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was spotless and smelled great, with everything we needed provided. Plus, It's conveniently located right in front of SM Megamall entrance. Definitely worth the price. I’d love to stay here again!
