Excellent hotel in every way!
Pros:

An excellent hotel in every way! Perfect location, super clean, fair prices, incredibly kind and helpful staff. What more could you want?Highly recommend!

The view from the 3rd floor is stunning, and the next-door restaurant "Hotel Kanna" serves great South Indian food with the same level of service and dedication as excellent as Arudra Residency.

Cons:

Nothing, everything perfect.
Just note that being next to the main temple exit, the streets get busy from early morning to late at night. No cars though, as those aren't allowed. It didn't bother me, but people who are sensitive sleepers might want to bring ear plugs. The room facing the temple is a tad small, but the view more than makes up for this.

A decent hotel in the best possible location for the temple visit.
Pros:

Location is the strongest selling point. The room is much smaller than it appears in pictures. However, there was hot water, clean towels and comfortable beds. The hotel ticked the basics.

Cons:

There was no decent driver accommodation. The room is smaller than it appears in pictures. There is no included breakfast for the price. If breakfast had been included, I would have considered it as reasonably priced.

for the price, the convenience and the serene view i got from the rooftop I could tolerate the negatives but not everyon
Pros:

the location is legit just a few steps away from the tiruvannamalai temple and the mesmerising view you get from the hotel rooftop is just unexplainable
the staffs were very helpful - there were police barricades around the temple area which is also technically the way to go to the hotel, so we called the reception for help and they immediately came to the rescue even at night
the porter boys were super helpful too

Cons:

the cleanliness of this hotel is a huge downfall
there were finger prints on mirrors, dust on the cupboards, stains on the towels
the bed and blanket was definitely not comfortable
the shower takes forever to heat up and the shower head was leaking tremendously

Great location and helpful staff, but the early check-in charge was unexpected
Pros:

The property’s location is ideal for worshippers and pilgrims. While the lower floors can be slightly noisy at times, it quickly fades into the background. The location itself is excellent, and Sister Devi Priya at the reception from 09:30 AM was helpful, guiding and supporting throughout the stay.

Cons:

The only concern I had was regarding the early check-in. I checked in at 09:00 AM instead of the standard 12:30 PM and was charged an additional INR 1000. This was not disclosed in advance, even though I had called a day earlier to check whether an early check-in would be possible. It came as an unpleasant surprise, and no receipt was provided for the additional charge.

Secondly the towels and bedding needs a refresh as they have been work out. So better to carry your own.

That aside, the overall experience was good.

Every thing is good and good staff
Pros:

Their behavior is very good. They helped me when my car stuck due to heavy crowd. They sent their employee when I stuck far away from their hotel and helped me in reaching hotel. With maps I couldn't manage because of chitra pournima.
