Good value for money
Pros:

Located just few steps from south tower. beautifull view from the viewing balcony. very delightful stay.
good value for money. Very clean room, bathroom and bedlinen. Excellent staffs. My taxi unable to reach the hotel due to road blocks. But when I called them, immediately the management sent help to bring the taxi to the doorstep.

Cons:

Nothing that i can recall.

Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The hotel is located directly opposite the temple entrance, making it incredibly convenient—you can reach the temple in just a few seconds on foot.

Overall, we had a very smooth and pleasant stay. If we visit again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros:

What I don't like is booking.com, charging very high rates. For quadruple room, it 3700 per day, 7400 total, this is confirmed by hotel property.
But booking.com charged 10,616 after reduction discount of 1700!!!!!
Now hotel location is good, staff are ok but rest all is unworthy.

An excellent hotel in every way! Perfect location, super clean, fair prices, incredibly kind and helpful staff. What more could you want?Highly recommend!

The view from the 3rd floor is stunning, and the next-door restaurant "Hotel Kanna" serves great South Indian food with the same level of service and dedication as excellent as Arudra Residency.

Cons:

Nothing, everything perfect.
Just note that being next to the main temple exit, the streets get busy from early morning to late at night. No cars though, as those aren't allowed. It didn't bother me, but people who are sensitive sleepers might want to bring ear plugs. The room facing the temple is a tad small, but the view more than makes up for this.

A decent hotel in the best possible location for the temple visit.
Pros:

Location is the strongest selling point. The room is much smaller than it appears in pictures. However, there was hot water, clean towels and comfortable beds. The hotel ticked the basics.

Cons:

There was no decent driver accommodation. The room is smaller than it appears in pictures. There is no included breakfast for the price. If breakfast had been included, I would have considered it as reasonably priced.
