Pros:

Posizione e ristorante, davvero di un livello elevato.
Proprietaria e staff molto accoglienti e professionali. Buon mix tra gestione familiare e manageriale.

Cons:

Arredi un po’ vecchi e manca l’aria condizionata. Verrà installata l’anno prossimo.

Great hotel for exploring the local area.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and had everything we needed to settle in for one evening. Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t very cold but that couldn’t be helped as it was exceptionally hot weather and we were on the top floor.

Pros:

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein hoteleigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die hauseigene Brasserie ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr umfangreich und das Büffet lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen.

Alles bestens.

Short walk to the bahnhof, great place to get on the glacier express train route. Great restaurant.
Pros:

Beautiful clean Hotel with a gracious staff located close to the Bahnhof and city center. Wonderful restaurant on site. Delicious breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs, fine breads, cheese, and sliced meats and a variety of teas. we also really enjoyed going to Brigerbad— take your own towels there. Don’t forget your guest karte.

Cons:

In the summer, they provided two fans, but it was a very hot time of year. Since the space is somewhat small, it would be a good idea to have a few more hooks to hang things.

Absolut ok - aber der Preis ist dafür zu hoch . Keine Klimaanlage

Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück hat großes Auswahl gehabt - das war sehr gut
Das Restaurant ist perfekt - sehr leckeres Essen

Cons:

Zimmer - die Ausstattung - also die Qualität der Ausstattung passt nicht ganz zu dem Preis - aber wenn man nicht zu dem Preis höhere Ansprüche hat dann ist es ok. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Toiletten Bürste - so Baumarkt Plastik
Was leider gar nicht geht, dass das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat. Es stehen zwar so Lüfter im Zimmer aber das ist zu laut und damit wird die Hitze im Zimmer nicht wirklich besser - das ist sehr schade.
