Poraz pierwszy spotkałam się z hotelem gdzie w pokoju nie było czajnika i generalnie zestawu do parzenia kawy ,herbaty 😆W zeszłym roku również byliśmy w hotelu Ravieli ale Luxury Spa, był czajnik i mini ekspres do kawy z zapasem kapsułek. Niby nic takiego ,ale uważam, że sam czajnik to jest standard, nie luksus. Więc bieganie za każdym razem do kafejki na dole po np. filiżankę gorącej wody, ( w celu rozcieńczenia leku) porażka. Zakupiliśmy mały turystyczny czajniczek bo inaczej nie dało rady..
Myślę, że ta kwestia do poprawy ,bo widziałam sporo rodzin z małymi dziećmi,...myślę że niejednokrotnie taki czajnik to podstawa do przygotowania chociażby kaszki czy mleka.

La camera non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, in particolare per quanto riguarda la dotazione dei prodotti di cortesia. Era presente un unico flacone di bagno schiuma all’interno della doccia, che doveva essere spostato ogni volta al lavandino, risultando poco pratico. Inoltre, la doccia meriterebbe un aggiornamento: una soluzione più ampia e moderna migliorerebbe notevolmente il comfort complessivo.

Anche il servizio alla reception non ci è sembrato particolarmente professionale o orientato al cliente. Le risposte ricevute sono state piuttosto essenziali e poco esaustive. Desidero però segnalare positivamente una ragazza del servizio ristorante (presente sia a cena che a colazione), che si è distinta per cordialità e professionalità.

In entrambe le occasioni ci è stato indicato di cenare/fare colazione in una sala separata, poco riscaldata. Per la cena abbiamo accettato non essendo a conoscenza di alternative, mentre per la colazione abbiamo preferito rifiutare. In quest’ultimo caso, abbiamo percepito che la nostra scelta non sia stata particolarmente gradita.

De evitat hotelul de catre persoanele care vin fără copii.

Mancarea si amabilitatea personalului.

Cons:

Multă galagie si agitație continua. Gălăgia continua si in noapte. E un fel de club/discoteca vis avis si clientii fac zgomot afara, care se aude in camera. În interior copii aleargă pe hol pana noaptea tarziu si e multa galagie in camere.
Pentru persoanele cu copii e perfect, pentru cei care nu vin cu copii e de evitat hotelul.

Wunderschön im Val do Sole
Pros:

Der Chef des Hotels hat sich super um uns gekümmert.
Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Er hat für uns eine gute Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt ist er toll auf die Gäste eingegangen.
