Pros:

Beautiful location. Only a two minute walk to the waterfall, whose runoff parallels the hotel, creating a wonderful and relaxing ambiance. Customer service was also great. Breakfast was excellent.

Hier werd ich immer für Erholung und Mind Relax kommen!
Pros:

Check-in ging problemlos, auch wenn wir nach 20 Uhr eingereist sind.
Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer sind teilweise renoviert, schaut aber sehr gemütlich aus. Blick von Balkon direkt auf Berge. Frühstück war sehr lecker mit alles was man wirklich haben möchte und jeden Tag auch was Neues im Menü. Sauna und Schwimmbad hat sehr gut getan nach eine kleine Wanderung in der Nähe des Hotels. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über mehrere Saunen mit verschiedene grade. Wir haben sogar ein Körben mit Zimmernummer wo Bademanteln und Handtücher drin waren. Alles sehr organisiert und ruhig, perfekt und ein Spatrip!

vriendelijk en goed bed

aan de receptie geen bemanning,de bar geen bemanning ,we moesten zelf de dranken inschenken en via tablet de prijzen ingeven van de gebruikte dranken,zelf aanvullen,nog nooit meegemaakt. Het ontbijt was ondermaats,geen opvolging van de lege schotels,koude spiegeleieren,bij bestelling van"fles wijn van het huis" op vraag van 2e fles,was er geen meer en kon niet zeggen welke wijn we de dag nadien konden bestellen,personneel niet gemotiveerd ,kok was meer met gsm bezig dan in de keuken.te veel aangerekend op factuur(voor 6 personen er waren er 5personen) ik kom niet meer terug

Struttura molto curata nei particolari , lo staff cordiale ed i servizi ottimi dalla colazione abbondante e molto variegata dal dolce al salato . L'hotel offre una bellissima SPA con piscina coperta , angolo tisaneria , 4 tipi di sauna e zona relax . Lo consiglio .
