Quiet slice of paradise, comfortable accommodation and the best staff. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit
Pros:

Perfect location, amenities were great and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Walkable to the ‘rocks’. Hired bikes to cycle the surrounding village which was fun. The team helped us to plan our time in Sigiriya and onwards journey. They were also very accompanying after an extremely long flight delay. Sanji was the kindest and most helpful host. Thank you 🙏🏻

Pros:

Un petit "hâvre de paix". Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le personnel adorable, plein de choix au restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé. L hôte parle un français impeccable et répond a toutes vos demandes, il a même proposé et emmené notre fils chez le médecin. Un grand merci pour le séjour.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Heerlijke rustige plek met een fijn zwembad.
De eigenaar heeft allemaal goede tips wat wanneer te gaan doen in de omgeving.
De Safari gids die hij geregeld had wist veel te vertellen en alle dieren te spotten. Ook bleef hij weg van de drukte wat de ervaring nog mooier maakte.
Heerlijk lokaal ontbijt, heel verzorgd.
Vriendelijke mensen die graag voor je klaar staan.

Peaceful stay
Pros:

Very kind and helpful owner. A peaceful place within walking distance of the Lion Rock. Lovely garden. The hotel provides bikes free of charge, which gave me the chance to explore paddy fields, lakes, and nature in the area. Highly recommend.

Our experience at the accommodation was outstanding. The host demonstrated remarkable courtesy and professionalism, providing us with valuable guidance that greatly enhanced our sightseeing plans.
The property offered excellent facilities and a very convenient location. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-supported stay.

Cons:

The host kindly helped us arrange bicycles and even had them delivered to the property, which we truly appreciated. However, the bikes were not in the best condition when they arrived. It would be great if they could be checked beforehand to ensure they are safe and fully functional for future guests.

Pros:

Lovely, boutique garden resort with nice, spacious rooms and a good swimming pool. A tranquil spot a short distance out of the town of Sigiriya. Great host and staff, very helpful in coordinating our stay and experiences to meet our needs. Lovely meals available from the restaurant.

Cons:

The absence of wifi in the bedrooms was a shame, but connection in communal areas was good.

Pros:

We booked this hotel at the last minute because the one we were supposed to go was not accommodating (dinner after 9pm30 not possible, no extra bed/mattress for the kids). We booked via Booking on our way from the airport and immediately call the owner who appeared to be french speaker. He ensured we could dinner whatever we want. He introduced us to several Sri Lanka dishes. It was fantastic.
The property is calm and well maintained. There a lot of things to do around, just ask the owner for advice.

Excellent relaxing stay outside the hubbub of town
Pros:

We spent two nights here in mid-March, and were very pleased with our stay. The host, Sanjay, was extremely helpful and responsive, and such a pleasure just to talk with. The breakfast (which, to our surprise, was included) was excellent and varied. Dinners were very good as well, especially the ribs! The location was good in that it was outside the noise and hustle of the town but in easy tuktuk distance. The setting was almost jungle-like, and well designed with an outdoor eating area and a very nice pool on the grounds. We wish we could have stayed longer, and were originally reserved for 5 nights which we had to cancel because we were stranded by the outbreak of the war in the Middle East. Luckily we were able to get here for at least these two nights after we were able to leave Qatar.

Cons:

Two items we noted, and learned that Sanjay is upgrading them very soon. The wifi was non-existent in our room, and the bathroom was very dated. When we mentioned this to Sanjay, he shared that he only acquired this property a year or so ago and is gradually upgrading things throughout. The wifi should be in fact working by now, and the bathrooms are scheduled for renovation soon.

Peaceful retreat.
Pros:

Beautiful serene accommodation. The owner is an absolute gentleman who genuinely welcomes and cares for his guests. Lots of fun activities- rent the bikes, do the village tour. All staff are lovely. Breakfast is outstanding. Rooms are large and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The garden and pool area are well taken care of and you are surrounded by beautiful nature. We enjoyed the pool so much, it felt like a small oasis. The staff is friendly and the Sri Lankan breakfast was great.

Perfect place to land in Sri Lanka 💗
Pros:

The team were so amazing. Super helpful with tips and booking, to the point where we literally changed our two week itinerary thanks to Sanjay and it worked out so much better. Such an interesting person to chat to and a lovely setting, great pool, beautiful places to run and walk out to the lake. And totally delicious breakfast included as complimentary. Thank you so much we loved it all!

Great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

Set in a lovely location, with a great pool and even an outdoor gym. The breakfasts were authentic Sri Lankan food and the host was super helpful to organise our onward travel and activities while we were there.

Cons:

The bikes you can borrow could do with an upgrade but they were free to use. It is a bit too far to walk along the road to the main town but you can get tuk tuk easily.
