Room is clean, bed is comfortable, shower and water temperature is great.

Cons:

TV is not working, told staff and he did tried but no luck to make it work. Sofa bed still hasn't made up although we arrived after 8pm, told the staff again and they responded quickly. Missing of hair dryer, told the staff again and they gave us the hair dryer.

It was a comfortable stay, and if things are well prepared and the TV works, I would rate 10 out of 10.

Novotel off M6
Pros:

Really easy to access off the M6 and plenty of parking but you do have to pay.
Good facilities including bar, restaurant, outside seating and play area, pool table and gym.
Room had air-conditioning, plenty of hanging space, ironing board, fridge and a safe.

Cons:

On arrival the room we were allocated actually hadn't been cleaned, but staff were very apologetic and sorted us a different room which was fine.
The only thing we didn't like was toilet is seperate to the bathroom, great if someone is in the shower and you need the loo.....not so hygienic when you need to wash your hand after using the toilet.

Best service from all the staff I can remember
Pros:

Car parking easy, rooms and bathrooms very nice, staff amazing!!! Nothing was too much trouble and everyone wanted to help. Miguel was exceptional

Tired and broken and in desperate need of a fix up

The safe did not work & the member of staff we spoke to said a lot of them didn’t work the security lock on the window was hanging off the carpet in the dining area was filthy , and advertised is a 24 hour room service which does not exist as the chef goes home at 9pm so we were left hungry

Affordable, comfortable stay with very friendly staff. Definitely recommend
Pros:

Very reasonably priced with breakfast included!! Bargain!! Food affordable from the bar, guy working was doing everything, he was very efficient & friendly, nothing was too much for him. Nice to have a pool table too.
