Room was beyond dirty
Pros:

Cons:

The room was in a terrible condition blood stained curtains, stains across the sofa, armchair, there was holes in the mattress. The carpet was filthy with hair, crumbs and dirt.

The room needed serious TLC

Value for money and clean.
Pros:

The place was spotless. The car park was very well lit. It was peaceful. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. There were a couple of suggestions that could have made my stay more comfortable.

I struggled to see the TV as it was on the desk. With my husband on that side of the bed he blocked the view so it being on the wall would have been far better.

We were on the ground floor facing the car park, which we loved. But we had to keep the curtains closed because it was quite busy also serving the Toby Carvery. A roller blind or a net curtain would have been really helpful.

Other than that i couldn't add anything to it at all.

A convenient but expensive sleep to break up a long journey
Pros:

Convenience on our route, the parking was good and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

Cleanliness was very poor.
The bathroom smelt so much you didn’t want to be in there; left without having the expected morning shower.

Perfect for my requirements
Pros:

Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.
Was a bit further away than I wanted from the venue I was going.
But in no way is that the hotels issue.

Cons:

Nice comfy little if you want a drink when getting hime. Food available when you wanted. And staff wete very good.

Not a good stay!!
Pros:

Its in the right place of the city for us
Fair price
Bed goods

Cons:

The staff are rude the only member of staff that spoke to us was the person that checked us in.
Someone was on reseption every time we came in or out of the hotel and never made eye contact or say hi bye or anything .
Dont know how long you have let people bring dogs to stop at the hotel but we seen 2 and one was on the same floor as us and was barking (not good )
And someone was shouting at them to stop the dog barking !
Over all does not make for a good stay .

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and the water from the shower was so pleasant and perfect temperature. We didn't hear any noise and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Room temperature was cold when we arrived but after we switched off air con, it was nice. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Parking space a bonus. We ordered deliveroo because we arrived late and the guy at reception was very attentive to bring us some napkins. Staff were very polite and always helpful when we asked something.

Cons:

Shame coffee machine was not working during breakfast. We ordered Cappuccino at the bar which it was good but double espresso needs improvement ☺️. I don't need to ask for sugar and teaspoon. It should be served automatically with coffee. Unfortunately I'm Italian and for me coffee is very important but not the end of the world. overall it was a fantastic stay.
